Casa Café

Service was horrible!!!! I ordered a club sandwich with cole slaw for take out and told it will be about 10 minutes. After 30 minutes I asked how much longer and she just said the kitchen is backed up. After another 10 minutes I asked again and the manager overheard me and said we are out of cole slaw so your sandwich has been sitting there for a while and we couldn't find you to ask for a replacement. I was sitting in the f,,,,,king restaurant the entire time. So I got a cold soggy sandwich after a 50 minute wait and the manager was absolutely no help.

We stayed at this casino for two nights and came here and customer service is absolutely horrible! No one smiles or greet you. So when we asked to be seated we received an attitude from the young lady Hostess. We asked to speak to the manager, we got a guy who basically told us we can order food to go..so basically we were not welcomed. Please don’t waste your time or money.

Breakfast went well. Dinner was another story. Just had to walk out because they wanted to seat us in an area that was not properly set up for social distancing. Manager refused to seat us at another open table. Had to leave hotel t o find a place to eat. Very sad during at time when customers are in short supply.

My chinese food was okay but my aunts came out super rubbery. (It also came out 5 mins after we ordered so that was worry some.) No flavor in the burger she got her chinese food replaced with either. Waste of calories. The breakfast food is your only safe bet.

Our server, Luis, was amazing! He was friendly and always checked on us.
We got our drinks, appetizers and dinners really fast.
Food was great as well.

Casa Cafe' shows up on Google Maps as closed - maybe that explains the service we received. The server managed to bring both the wrong soup & incorrect sandwich side. Our drinks were empty for over 15 minutes with nary a visit from our server. Was all the more ticked off when I miscalculated tip & instead of leaving 15%, bestowed our absent server with 21%. Dang it.

To the chef... MORE GRAVEY FOR THE TURKEY OPEN FACED SANDWICH. And don't charge for it! I couldn't finish my meal because it was too dry without the Gravey. If you need to cut back, then ask if I want Cranberry sauce, I didn't. And serve half the salad dressing. The food was delicious but I was very annoyed you were going to charge me for extra Gravey.

Regretfully, they can't make a taco tasty but the chicken steak was ok. The taco meat was lacking flavor and taste a little "off". The chicken steak was very good for the price. Very slow service at dinner and breakfast.

Unfortunately I had to eat at this place twice. The food is “okay” at best but overall the quality is awful, tasteless, and similar to prison food. They are heavy on the American cheese and do not use an ounce of seasoning.... at least the customer service is nice.

We all heard about the excellent pot roast and it lived up to its billing! Good service. Good times with good friends. Enjoy it. We 6 did!
