best coffee i've had in a very long time! the ladies working were also such sweethearts. definitely my go to coffee place from here on out.

The drinks here are delicious, and the best I have tried in town! (I have been to many boba places all over). The prices are very reasonable and they even have many non-dairy milk choices!

Hours say they open at 10:00 am. We arrived after 11:00 am looking for boba beverages. We read the menu and while doing it no one informed us that the boba was not ready. As we were ordering the cashier told us that the boba was not ready. He did not even offered any other option. So, we walked away dissatisfied and disappointed. I cannot believe that a boba place does not have their main product ready after 1 hour of opening. Bad experience, bad costumer service.

Upon entering was greeted with warm customer service. They offer drinks along with edible delights. So we had to get some items to try. We were asked if we had any questions and my only question was " What is a Croiffle" was obliged with croissant/waffle type pastry. So yes I needed that in my life. Dont judge me.

We opted for the brown sugar MT cut with Oat Milk, Strawberry Crunch, and of course a Tiramisu Croiffle. Can I say wow, wasnt prepared with any expectations however didnt expect that in the least. When you order be prepared to wait a bit as it is all made fresh. However def worth the wait.

Interior is several table and chair arrangements. Modern decor and very clean. Staff is wearing masks and gloves to ensure safety during this Covid Era we are in.

Would def recommend - pricing is typical for Milk Tea here in Vegas - I will be back to try more items. I honestly like the fact that they offer milk substitutions. This was music to my ears. Staff is very friendly and hospitable.

Mocha Slush, Taro Oreo and Croffle Nutella and Creme Brulee were so delish. Nice place to relax and friendly owners...

This place has amazing drinks and the staff is always wonderful and helpful. The only problem I have is that no one seems to know what time they actually open in the morning. I’ve read 10am online and 1030 somewhere else. When asked I’ve been told 10 and 9 am. But anytime I try to enter at 10 or even 1030 there is no one here and no one answering the phones. So there is definitely an issue with time frames. If this were addressed I’d be happy to give 5 stars.

1)too expensive for drinks that I can make myself. Why would I want some milk that sits on top of strawberry purée?
2)way too sweet. Customizable but not worth
3)not enough menu options
4) tired workers
5) isnt instagrammable.
Overall, I don’t think opening a boba place in the middle of a pandemic was a smart idea and this person doesn’t know what they’re doing bc there are way better boba places in LV.

The place is very aesthetically pleasing and the customer service was amazing. Only critique is the slushy mixture could have had better consistency.

Walked in guy said nothing to me and I had to say hello how are you.. he barely answered. I placed my order for a hot drink, I got the iced one instead. I said " isn't this supposed to be hot?" All i got was a "uuuhhhh.." I I said tomyself nevermind and walked out with my cold drink in 40 degree weather. For being a new place, it sure has bad customer service .
