This branch gets worse and worse.

Outdoor seating area could be nice but there's now only 3 tables and all occupied by people with empty cups. Move on people!

Ordered using the app, went in a few minutes later to collect my cold brew and muffin. Was told there's no muffins and if I wanted my money back, I would have to claim it back online! The woman helping couldn't care less.

Seriously, what absolute terrible service.

I know there's more important things in the world but this is a coffee show that sells naked goods. Just do that!

Oh and put this on your Team Sahara board, I dare you!

Great experience! As I walk in, all the employees have smiles on their faces. No less than 3 people said hello to me. The worker Who took my order was efficient, friendly, and had a great sense of humor.

The coffee was an iced vanilla coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup. Their coffee is better than Starbucks if you ask me.. bold and smooth flavor that splashed up great against the ice. Very good coffee, at a fair price, with amazing service. . Aren’t these the things we look for as consumers? Winning combo!

Miss Nessa can always tell who I am at the drive through, and she's memorized my order. Her electric personality makes her such a joy to the start of each morning. She is truly an asset to the Coffee Bean enterprise!

Wow, I just discovered this place and I am alrteady a huge fan. I love how the default mixture of any given drink is tried and tested and tastes amazing-- it's not like Starbucks where you need a PHD in coffee customization to come out with something that isn't total dogpoo. I like how they have a massive 32 oz size for about the same price as others, so I can get a delicious drink that lasts all day (I pick half decaf so I'm not up all night!) I don't even know how any local coffee chain could compete because this Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf clearly picks up the best employees Las Vegas has to offer.

The staff in this store are super talented. I've been getting my morning coffee at this location for many years. They always greet me with a smile every time I come in. I genuinely feel valued and appreciated as a customer.

Two stars because everyone who works here is pleasant and does their job right, BUT management has only 2 people on shift at 3pm on a SATURDAY! These poor girls are up to their necks! Hire more people, and if you aren't getting applicants then you need to offer better pay.

You don't need Starbucks to experience quality hospitality and coffee. The baristas here are impeccable and Nessa tops the charts. Without fail she is always smiling and uplifting. She makes you look forward to everyday with her positivity. The coffee is always delicious and you can taste the love in every cup.

Terrible customer service. Google says they close at 6.00pm. I asked this weird person and started debating me, saying he doesn't care what time Google say.
This woke business need to go out of business.
They should pray we keep their business alive.
