SAHARA Las Vegas

Upon arrival I was met with five very large dead cockroaches. I notified the staff at 10:30pm they advised me my room would be cleaned and or switched and as of 3am the next morning that still had not been completed. I will never return. Their was one individual who helped me I believe his name was Gibson he was very compassionate and understanding. Gibson was able to get my room switched and also provided me a 2 day resort fee credit.

It's beautiful. Walk down memory lane. So many stars performed there!! It is off the beaten monorail right there to get to where you need to. Wish all these hotels and casinos were smoke free tho

What a really beautiful and well-renovated hotel! It's clean - looks and smells - the lounges and bars are elegant and inviting. Our service was great. The cocktails we had were so good! We enjoyed Bazaar Meats and Reckless in Vegas (twice!). As a local, I'll return here again!

I went to the Magic Mike show. It was great!!!!!! I don't know anything about the rooms. We tried to get some food from the Italian restaurant, I felt the prices were too expensive. So we went to the Noodle barn, not what we wanted. The sports bar Chuckle & Pete's I think didn't have any more seating. So we left the hotel to find something else to eat

The level of service and amenities are Sub-standard. The App has not worked for weeks and their technology solutions are the worst. Someone will text you back if you use the system, but expect no real resolution. If you are using the hotel for a convention at LVC, please know that not all their rooms are business traveler friendly. Especially if you pick one of the rooms they advertise as an upgrade to your convention room block rooms. My second trip to the hotel for the same convention. My last, the convention has other hotels in the block.

The room was good. First day there no hot water. Expect more than an hour to check in. Restaurants close early unless you want bar food. I do like that the monorail is there. The pool has dumb hours.

The remodel is nice the rooms are nice they are further from the strip if that's what you are looking for not the place for you and also they lure you down with cheap prices and then charge $13 for a 12 oz Coors Light at the pool, at least make it a 20oz. Can! 16oz for that matter, dumb place to make up your losses I will not be back for that reason, but if u don't mind that it is a great place, cheers!

This had to be one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. The location is horrible. They put us in a room that smelled like mold and was dirty. When we tried showing the lady at front desk she gave us an oh well, with the worst attitude.
We actually had to speak to another agent to show them we booked a renovated room.
Also, there is no wifi and cell service is garbage. I couldn't even send a text to my husband in the same room.
We couldn't be paid to stay here ever again.

I came here for Christmas, I understand that there will be crowds but this hotel didn't prepare for it at all! The check-in counter was short staffed and the elevator was always packed and there were long lines. Checking out on the day after Christmas was a nightmare, we waited 20 minutes for an elevator. I don't know why they think that 6 elevators is enough for almost 30 floors of customers. On top of that some of the elevators were not operating and it was so chaotic. All the elevators were way too packed with people and it took forever to go down even when we got into the elevator. There were people on each floor trying to go down so we had to stop at every floor. And it took another 10 minutes to go to the lobby floor. This was my first time staying here, I will not come back and don't recommend it.

We were stuck on the Deuce due to road renovations and overhead others saying they were getting off to ride the monorail instead. We followed suit and ended up at this hotel. We walked around for a bit and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming. Although it was further out, the monorail made it a short trip to the action. We would probably book here next trip.
