This is not a four star hotel. Our first room had stained bed sheets and the staff promptly switched our room, which was much appreciated. Our new room was better, but the bed sheets were quite worn and due for a replacement. The mattress felt uncomfortable and old as well. Our towels were musty and had stains, and the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. Additionally, our floor smelled like marijuana.
We didn’t drink the bottled water in the room because we saw crates of them sitting outside all day near the monorail entrance(visible from the escalator). There were crates of exposed towels outside as well, which seems unsanitary.
The casino is nice and not too crowded, and the common areas are well maintained.
Overall, you get what you pay for. If you want something new and pristine, this isn’t it. If you’re comfortable with older bedsheets, towels, etc, then you might be satisfied here.

Just finished my stay here after a long weekend and couldn’t be happier. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, room was comfortable and had a really good view (marra floor 18).
No issues with the stay at all. It is at the end of the strip and kind of liked being further away from the strip chaos. Definitely wouldn’t mind coming back here next time I am in Vegas.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, well-decorated, has a lot of great restaurants, and the rooms are very clean. My view from to the window was gorgeous. Loved that the lobby was away from the casino, and I actually liked that the hotel was on the outskirts of the strip.
With that said, the staff wasn't as friendly as I thought it would be. I got an attitude vibe few times. The prices in Starbucks are high with no refills. And the smoky smell in the casino was worse than many other hotels.
Overall, we would stay there again, but wish some things could improve.

Sahara Hotel Rooms and Service is great, Free Self parking and good deals. Location is good but 2+ miles from strip. Good for families with kids. If you stay on Strip all you breathe is weed and smoke and kids will suffer. Stay out of strip and breathe fresh air.

I have stayed at the property a few times and was scheduled to stay this week for a conference. However, I tested positive for Covid morning before my flight and had to cancel my room. They worked with my travel agent to get late cancellation fee waived for this trip. Will definitely stay again once I’m feeling better!

I was reading a review posted by Megan Fox and can confirm room service is not available as noted by the hotel and it’s vendors. I have not visited the hotel casino in about nine months. I stayed there when I first moved to Las Vegas. I am diabetic, and had not eaten. Room service was not available. I had to make it down to the one restaurant opened. I believe it was Asian food but all Mexicans worked there. They were not speaking English and ignored me as I stood there waiting to order. A young lady was training that day and I said sweetie I need to order. Her trainer said something in Spanish I looked directly at the trainer and told her I needed to order right away my sugar is very low and I have been waiting a while. Next thing I know a man came out very rude and speaking Spanish and I didn’t understand him either. I was irritable and weak and kept repeating myself but they stood there. They got on the radio and all I remember is that I when I was able to focus and regain my composure I was surrounded by security. I had no idea what was going on but all the money I had spent at that hotel did not warrant such treatment. One security person took steps repeated me and I said I wish you would put your hands on me and he stopped walking. As soon as I had enough energy I walked back to my room. I didn’t return again for over a year. I went to a concert and renewed my card hitch is when I was told by the employee I was in the system as a bad person! This is all because they hired unprofessional people who didn’t speak English, and don’t know anything about diabetics. But I was the one who suffered.

It's a nice and clean place, but almost all the ice makers don't work.. no dressers for your clothes, rooms are a little outdated,. And they should definitely re locate the bed,. It's right in front of the main view of everything.. I should move the bed and put a table and chairs there so you can sit and check everything out.

From the the moment I walked in I knew this place was gonna become one of my new favorite casinos. It’s clean and well kept. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I was more comfortable here than any other casino I’ve visited in all of Las Vegas. Parking is free and it’s in a parking garage. It appears that there are plenty of restaurants, along with a Starbucks. I’ll be coming back for sure

The hotel is great with some amazing exteriors and interiors. The rooms are great with some amazing views, and comes the best part is the location, "you would not find a lot of traffic." The service is top notch and the staff is very very very helpful. I will definitely recommend it with a very happy face. :)

The rooms were clean and the staff was so friendly. If you’re in town for an event this is a great location with the monorail right inside. Food options were good and there’s a Starbucks that super quick.
