This place is all about quality flavor, texture, and presentation. We haven't had a meal like this since we ate at the original Andre Rochat's on 6th Street. No strip view or fancy fountains to distract from the food. Each course on our select of 5 was eye closing delicious to us. If you consider yourself a foodie this is definitely for you. It was impossible to forget. Were looking forward to next trip. I'm sure the menu will be different.

Great modern French Restaurant, prix fixe surprise menu. Attentive respectful service, adventurous dishes, good wine choices.

We had a fabulous dinner at Partage! Such great and special flavors! Everything was spottless, but the Shrimp, Butternut and Egg parfait are a must! The service was also excellent - merci, Nicolas!

My wife and I dined here for the second time on October 27, 2022 after having a wonderful first experience earlier this year. The staff is attentive and professional, their timing with presenting each course and clearing tables feels unobtrusive. Each course is explained in great detail, and the wine pairings amplify and compliment each dish.
My wife and I both chose the 7 course meal, I decided on the premium wine pairing, while my wife doesn’t typically drink wine or much alcohol. I also decided on the Foie Gras add on course which was paired with the best white wine I’ve ever tried in my life. It was a Chenin Blanc half bottle, and was an uncharacteristically sweet wine for this varietal as the host explained, which came from allowing the grape to hang longer on the vine. It was the perfect accompaniment to the rich Foie Gras, and I let my wife taste the wine to see what she thought. She almost gulped it all down, and we mentioned how much we loved the wine to the server. To our surprise he brought her a glass of that same wine on one of our later courses as a compliment to her dish and it really meant a lot to her and I both.
For reference, my wife and I went to Alinea in Chicago earlier this year as one of our bucket list tasting experiences, however our dinner on this evening blew that experience out of the water. Not only was the food artfully plated, it was incredibly flavorful and delicious.
Bravo!!

That was my first time at a 7 course meal restaurant that choose your meals for you. The experience was wonderful and exceptional. The food items that was paired together was weird but tasty.

Without a doubt THE FINEST dining adventure I have ever experienced. Elegance from beginning to end. I had the nine course experience. They also have a five and seven course adventure. The menu changes monthly. It took just under two hours. Fresh utensils with every course so tastes don't cross over and contaminate the next course. You won't be disappointed. ENJOY!!!!

Service and presentation were great…. Flavor not so much. Food was somehow lacking in salt, fat, acid, and heat. Pretty meh. Expected more for the $$$$
