This is a modern French dining experience which is a green in Las Vegas. The tasting menu is spectacular and has a wide range of flavours. If you inform them ahead of time they can usually make the tasting menu vegan. Jeffrey is one of the senior servers, he is a sommelier, and is amazing!!

If you expect “fine dining” - do not come here - this is not it. Might be spoiled to have visited some of the best restaurants in the world, but the interior is super cheap (tables chairs etc screams cheap Vegas second hand) and the food is very disappointing. No flavor what so ever.
For the price - please visit another place. If you’ve had fine dining experience somewhere else, you’ll be disappointed.

I thought Partage was very good, but somewhat underwhelming. One of the first dishes was something I’ve had before at EATT gourmet and it’s fairly cheap. Somewhat disappointed that there wasn’t more value being put in the $80 dollar set course.
I thought the steak was excellent and the fish was very good. The dumplings were delicious as well. I recommend doing the 5 courses for $80. Any other option probably isn’t worth it price wise, but if you want to splurge. Do your thing.

Choose 3 course, 5 course, or 8 course meal and be surprised by the Chef's exquisite taste. Do a wine pairing for the extra experience. Be educated and enjoy every bite. So good. Make the time to enjoy the meal.

Partage is located far enough from the Strip to ensure that all the customers are well-informed about the place. Despite the non-prime location, the space looks modern and feels appropriate for the high-end restaurant. The set menu is creative enough to impress, but some of the courses disappointed me with rather unbalanced flavour palette. The bread basket was significantly below the bar for a restaurant of that level. However, most of the courses were quite pleasant and well-prepared, and the service was timely and attentive. I can strongly recommend Partage for a dinner.

A group of 12 of us did the 9-course meal here and were all pretty happy. A few of us (myself included) also tried the wine pairings; the restaurant has a 5, 7, and 9-course wine pairing. The staff was very considerate, accommodating, and communicative. Overall we were very happy with the experience.

What a hidden gem. This was an exceptional dining experience. The 5 course tasting menu was superb and approachable, with creative and inspiring dishes every step of the way. The seafood dish was especially exquisite. Perfectly cooked fish paired with butternut squash and a pistachio sauce that was to die for. And the best was saved for last: a dessert of dark chocolate and yuzu truffles. It's worth coming just for the dessert alone. The truffles were a perfectly balanced conclusion to an incredible dining experience. I will be back again and again, and next time I may have to order a second plate of dessert.

we had the seven course meal and it was way too much food but we ate as much as we could because it was exquisite!! The best part of the evening was the sommelier explaining all the wine pairings. He was so engaging and described everything perfectly! All of the dishes were gorgeous and unexpected. We will definitely come again!!

This is my third time eating the tasting menu. Once again without fail they delivered. I don’t normally like beets, but if it’s made at Partage I can eat it all day long. Excellent service. Over all experience is great! Must eat if you are in Vegas.
I am adding pictures of my second visit. Still one of the best restaurants in vegas.

Love the space and concept. You pick number of courses and are surprised. French well done. Not over the top. One course was dissapointing. Overall I would go again and again. The service spectacular! Ask for the yuzu creme and chocolate desert. It was the star of the show. Id go back just for it.
