This was a delightful meal, truly worth every cent. I had dishes that I would have never thought of in a million years, but I will dream about for years to come. Their staff was friendly, attentive, and personable. The seven course tasting menu + foie gras with wine paring was well thought out and balanced and I left stuffed!

My partner won't eat any seafood (which clearly was a wild swing for the kitchen), but they accomodated him and adapted that nights' dishes in a way that kept him fully in the experience.

We had tons of fun discussing wines with the staff, and learning as we ate. Every dish was a delight.

We went for the 7 course tasting menu, because, well, why not? Got the caviar and truffle supplements as I can't get that at home. Noted a bug on my napkin. Got a new one, decided to press on with dinner regardless. Dinner started with an amuse bouche of foie gras with a dehydrated strawberry. Good and interesting paring.

Next was a carrot and citrus soup that came over dry ice. Great flavors. I enjoyed the dehydrated citrus that gave it a bit of extra texture. Following this was a deconstructed California roll. I enjoyed the rice crisp which was a perfect paring with the crab, avocado, and apple.

An egg and asparagus dish came next. This had a quail egg on top with well-cooked asparagus. I did feel the caviar (note we had the extra supplement) was rather lost in the dish and I did not taste the bottarga. The kadaif didn't add much in my opinion.

Following this was a fish dish with a cashew and some sort of leafy vegetable roll. I enjoyed the rolls, but felt that it didn't necessarily go with the fish. Felt like two separate dishes. Next was beef (?Wagyu maybe, I forget) with extra truffles and a potato and leek tart. Good flavors, beef cooked quite nicely.

Cheese course was beets with goat cheese with caramelized onion and pecan. Good dish. Not earth-shattering, but decent. Finally we had dessert, which came as a warm cake along with a green apple sorbet with different cake. Textures were really good, although the flavors were a little less distinct (this is why I can't tell you what cake we had; see pics for reference).

Overall, decent dining experience, although for the price, I expected perhaps a little more. Not quite 5/5 stars, perhaps a 4.0-4.5/5.

Note, parking may be a little hard. Restaurant is located in Chinatown.

Been here a couple of times. Both visits were amazing. From the detail of the surprise tasting dishes to the pork secreto that I ordered off the menu.

Daniella was our server on my last visit and she was awesome. (5'4" and stepping on other people's feet.) Awesome personality, very knowledgeable of the menu and great service. The attention to detail from the other servers and helpers (changing plates/forks/knives) is impressive.

Food:
5 Course Tasting Menu
Pork Secreto (my favorite)

I don't remember all the dishes (tasting menu) on both visits but there was 1 that stood out, which was the mushroom soup. The pork secreto was my favorite. Tender and flavorful.

Overall, a very nice and beautiful restaurant located in Chinatown. Very deceiving on the outside but gorgeous on the inside.

We had cocktails too and I loved the smoke old fashioned. My friend raved about the French Martini being the best he's ever had.

Overall, a great dining experience and a nice spot for a date night.

Always a good time here. Tasting menu only, can be expensive depending on how many courses. I don't go as often as I like because of the price, I've seen better values of wine selection elsewhere including the strip. Not everyone can afford a $100 bottle of wine with their meals. Could provide a better value for the wines and another food course for what you are paying. The chefs in the semi open kitchen used to wear all the same type of hat in the kitchen but now wear whatever they want I guess. Paying these prices I expect the kitchen to look like professionals, not backwards baseball hats like at a Chili's. Overall a good experience but could be better. Service is good, and cocktails are expensive for off strip but tasty.

Me and my Partner had the full experience of 7-9 courses at 160$ each person plus we had a 70$ bottle of wine which came out to over $500.
(The waitress deserved a great tip.)
Now me and my partner have been to many restaurants with tasting menus and this was so disappointing I just have to leave a review.
In summary
The full experience could have been 80$ a person (half the price) and it still would have been over priced and disappointing.
Service was 5/5.
Our waitress was fantastic and the restaurants atmosphere was sleek and warm.
The dishes for the most part looked beautiful.
BUT
the food honestly was a joke.
Grossly over priced.
Under seasoned, Underwhelming and blan.

That mushroom soup must have came straight out of one of those Lipton cans. It tasted just like it.
Second last course cold bread with cold soft flavourless cheese? Why is this the second last course? And why was it so blan coming from a couple who love their bread and cheese.
Under seasoned shrimp. Why was there crushed peanuts on the plate with it? Like the flavours together made no sense.
The duck foie gras on crème brûlée was decent I must admit and the desert was good too but that’s only 2 out of at least 7 dishes we tasted.
everything else we had was like plain and nothing popped with flavour.

It’s sad there wasnt really any red flags either to warn you about how basic and underwhelming the food was.
honestly we feel scammed and lead on by the good reviews and nice articles or could these other reviews have no taste?
Maybe we were just there on a bad night and the chefs in the back didn’t know what they were doing?
Either way it was our Least favourite and most expensive dinner we have had in Vegas.

Loved every every bite. It was a very freeing, inventive, and fun dining experience. I know I will remember quite a few of these dishes for a long time. Staff was perfect!

Hands down the best meal I had during my whole trip to Vegas. Soup to nuts this was just an outstanding meal at a value price point (IMO). I can't say enough nice things about the staff or the food. If you enjoy high concept French cuisine and nice wine, don't miss Partage when you are next in LV. Proof once again that the best of Vegas is often found off the strip.
