Stayed at Bally’s which is where this shop is at and walked down for a mocha. It was really good, strong and flavorful. Not like the other chain coffee shops. I wish I had a pastry. They looked really good. Service was quick and pleasant.
Pastries are top notch and fresh only issue is its definitely pricey for the portions $5 to $7 on average. I mainly come here for the coffee their espresso and cappuccino is the best!!! Especially the iced cappuccino very bold and the aromatic from the fresh coffee is one of the best!
This place doesn’t care about the customers whatsoever!!! They got our lattes totally wrong with regular milk and we are lactose intolerant. We had horrible stomachache and they didn’t care about that at all and they refused to remake our drinks with dairy-free milk . Horrible, horrible customer service experience from the manager and the staff , so rude and careless! Overall: Very slow service and careless customer service, coffee is average and very Expensive. Not worth the money!!! You are better off going across the street to Starbucks. We will never go back again to LavAzza at Ballys casino.
Excellent coffee if looking for espresso drinks. They use a proper espresso machine instead of the digital/automated ones, so you know you're getting a pulled shot with fresh beans.
My GF and I get pastries and coffee here. They are always good and fresh. Service is good. Prices are high, but about average for any casino coffee shop. I probably wouldn't shop there if it weren't for my GF having reward credits from the casino.
Great authentic flavors! Prosciutto croissant tasted like in Italy($6.90) Double Espresso($3.90) was strong, but not bitter, super delicious. Same goes to the cappuccino(L $5.90). Wheat croissant with white chocolate filling ($4.40) was fluffy and not overly sweet. This will be my go to place now whenever I’m in Vegas. It’s worth the price.
The pictures in this review are from different locations. We came to the horseshoe hotel and the coffee shop here is the one without the window. At the horseshoe there isn't any place to seat at the coffee shop.
So this is what an $11 latte looks like. Before 8am there are not a lot of choices. I needed coffee but $11 was beyond crazy. On the plus side the staff was friendly and quick. But if you can spare the time hunt up a Starbucks.

Best Decaf I ever had...they just need to hire more people on the weekends, 3 workers to attend a really long from customers craving for caffeine
