I feel like the baristas here all deserve a medal and bonus paycheck when the semester ends. We crawl in here exhausted, starving, need to keep studying, and they keep us alive so we can pass our classes. Food is alright when it's not sold out, caffeine does the job, really appreciate this place and the friendly faces who serve us here all semester long.

I LOVE coffee bean, and I used to LOVE this place, BUT recently it’s just gone downhill. I had a terrible time. Both my drinks were made wrong, the service was terrible, and I was told I couldn’t add chai to my matcha, but I could add matcha to chai…. THATS THE SAME THING. I will NOT be going back the rest of the semester. I’ll gladly stick to the Starbucks across campus. ITS WORTH THE WALK

Tried a pumpkin spice iced drink and it didn’t turn out good. We asked if we could exchange it for a hot chocolate however the clerk charged us again. Never seen that happen in my life. On the bright side the hot chocolate came out good.

outside the door say open at 9am to 4pm at SATURDAY, but why they don't open today(now is SATURDAY) and without any notice on the door. I had wait for few hours still closing....
