Shelley, Mich and Kelly that work in the casino/bar are amazing!!

Food here is pretty hit or miss, the last 2 times it was no good. Cold food, hard biscuits, my chicken fried steak was pretty bad.. hash browns were cold. I personally don't like it. (I love food) The server was putting ice in our cups with her hands.

Waitresses are always friendly and coffee is great.

I had the ribeye with mashed potatoes and a salad. The ranch dressing was the best part of the meal... the macaroni poppers were solid as well... My food was a little on the bland side, and my ribeye was quite literally about 40% fat and over cooked because of how thin it was. If you are specific about your steak, i wouldn't suggest the steak here. H had the chicken fried steak and had a similar opinion in that it was "meh" and said "it is hard to judge food that is covered in gravy".

The service was mediocre (spotty). We had 3 servers come to our table. The main gal seemed very forgetful and distractable (she took about 15 min to remember to go to the bar and get our beers-- after telling us 3 times she was going).

💦💙💦 Holy cow! BEST FOOD & SERVICE EVER! I used to go to J.D. Slingers, not any more! The Depot has the BEST tasting food I ever ate here in Fallon, and I’ve only lived here less than 6mos….I WILL BE BACK AND TAKE FAMILY & FRIENDS THAT COME TO VISIT!!!! man! Will I gain brownie points for recommending THIS place (with my family).

They have the best liver and onions. Soooo good.

Fun place to gamble. Variety of slots but no tables. You can spend alot of time here. The staff is friendly. Had a good time playing penny slots. Will return.

Depot diner is always warm and welcoming, their staff is friendly. And their food is delicious and reasonably priced. Always gonna go back! Thank you Depot for a great Christmas lunch.
