Comma Coffee

Carson's main street needs more businesses like this. A small, unique coffee shop with a one-of-the-kind sandwich menu and solid coffee choices, from regular up to espresso drinks. The service can be a bit sluggish sometimes, especially when the legislature is in session, but it honestly depends on the day. The quality of service has markedly improved over the last year and I find myself showing up a lot more as a result. One of my favorite coffee shops in NW Nevada.

Quirky spacious cafe with multiple coffees from which to choose and a variety of baked goods. Didn't try their smoothies or sandwiches, but they appeared appetizing. Enjoyed the live music.

Such a charming place. Friendly staff. Good food in good portions with good prices. Tasty smoothie and coffee menu. Highly recommended place for a delicious comfort meal.

Historic building in downtown Carson across from the Supreme court. Decor has some history flavor. Baristas were excellent. Coffee excellent. Pastries were fresh and tasty.

Bizarre atmosphere. The decorations do not inspire or relax--they are just weird. The mocha that I had was weak flavored. Two stars because my wife claims the fruit smoothie she had was amazing. However, this is not a place I will visit again. Plus they are cash only, but manage to have an ATM in the store. I don't get that.

I've heard so many great things about this place but was a bit disappointed. Got the egg salad sandwich, which was basically just scrambled eggs with some mustard and spices. I ate it, but would not get again or recommend.
I'll try this place again based on their reputation, and in hopes I just got a bad dish.

They may serve the best coffee in Carson city. I only ordered the breakfast and it was so good that I returned the next two days for more. Tara was my server and she was a sweetheart. I wish I lived here.

Do not take Starbucks inside for your breakfast. Enjoyed my bfast outside with a great view. An excellent experience.
