Service was great. The food was not as good as usual. Hashbrowns were over cooked and chewy. The toast was soggy.

Nice little Cafe!!! The food was good and we had a good waitress!! I would dine there again.

Wow! Go there hungry! They have a great hamburger with or without cheese. You will not be disappointed, it is fresh beef not frozen, but it literally is a pound of burger that tastes like what you would get from the farm! Great turkey dinner also! Highly recommend this place!

Nice little spot for some good old fashioned cafe food. Snarky waitress was awesome!

You must eat breakfast here. Hands down the best breakfast I've ever had. I've traveled a lot and love finding home town restaurants - This is a hidden gem. Daily fresh baked bread, with real butter. Best country fried steak I've ever eaten. Absolutely amazing customer service. We had a full plate of Biscuits and gravy, we each had 4 pieces of toast, country fried steak, we each had eggs. Boyfriend had country potatoes and I had hash browns. $25 bill. Walked out in an amazing food coma. Huge props!

Will never visit again. A friend and I stopped by here for some biscuits and gravy cause he had them here years ago. Saw from table into kitchen where microwave was being used for everything. Not something I want to see from a Ma & Pa cafe. Not freshly made. Some of the items on the walls I found offensive. One posting was pretty much like if you don't like the food get out. Seriously! Was so disgusted by place didn't take photos.

In June of 2018 my wife and I had the privilege of passing through South Sioux City, Nebraska sometime between 6 and 7 in the morning. We decided to have breakfast at the Townhouse Cafe and I have to say that if it weren't a 425 mile one way trip from my house, we would be regular customers. There were tables available but we chose to sit at the counter, there aren't many places around us that offer that "diner counter" experience. The food was delicious and served quickly with a smile. I hope I have cause to stop in again.

Most definitely a must go to, friendly employees, excellent food. I had the pork tenderloin sandwich and it was, the best I've had anywhere. Yes yes yes.

Just paid almost $50 for me my husband and grandbaby , all the food tasted the same like there was chemicals on the grill ,the syrup tasted like perfume, no straws for drinks and the glasses smelled nasty. Menus all dirty. Yuck me n my husband both use to like this place and the waitress didn't evan barley speak. We paid like $3 for a small oj,walmart brand oj. We will never go there again .
