Had a medium Caramel Macchiato, excellent, cool location right off the interstate, across the street from Cabelas, and down the street from a Walmart. Worth the stop!

Stopped here at the suggestion of a local officer while I was passing through. I've been to alot of places like this across the country and this ranks way up there! Everything was so good and exactly how it should be. Very reasonable prices too. I wish there were one close to me, but I'll visit every time I'm through here.

This place ROCKS! Great coffee, great mochas, great food and the best customer service. This place is extremely clean and modern. Located by interstate it was easy access for our family. Drive thru is a bonus! Thank you and keep up the AWESOME work.

Stopped for drinks and breakfast sandwiches, both were delicious. Sat and watched the crew handle multiple cars in drive-thru, going outside to get orders prior to the vehicle getting to the window, what service! Will definitely be back next time in Sidney.

Great atmosphere! Just opened and it's already a hit in Sidney. They have an award-winning special espresso blend from a toaster in Missouri. Owners and staff have all been trained by professional baristas (NOT from Starbucks), and you can taste the difference. There are plenty of places to sit and relax, from a couple of large chairs in front of a fireplace to bother way in the back for privacy. The bar is open so you can see what everyone is doing; and it allows for open conversation with everyone on the other side. Speaking with the owner, there is a possibility of having stools at the bar for approval seating and a more traditional "coffee shop" feel.
On opening day I had a mocha. The flavor was rich, but not too sweet. The coffee part of the overall flavor was not overpowering nor hidden. Today I wanted to taste the espresso without the sweet, so I got an Americano. The flavor is full, and only the slightest home of bitterness. It tastes like a medium-dark roast, which is what you want for espresso, without the burnt flavor. The aroma is very nice, and that of a high-quality coffee.
I've had two different types of scones, so far. There first, a blueberry, was slightly undercooked; the second, an apple-cinnamon was most, very light and more like a birthday cake in texture. The flavors of both we spot on. Possibly I prefer more of a biscuit-style scone, as to not break apart of I choose to dunk a piece in my coffee. But if the flavor is there, which it was in both of these, the texture doesn't matter much.
It's definitely a place to stop in for a great cup of coffee and to sit back and take a breather after a long day. My family and I will be frequenting Beans and Steams as long as we're in Sidney, and making it our go-to place for coffee.

Good coffee, but slow service.

Service outstanding and quality second to none and that's comparing it to Starbucks Reserve in Manhattan, NY. Beans and Steams has become a mainstay for us whether it's on the go or roasted beans for home. Consistency is key and here we are consistently pleased all around.

Stopped here to get some stuff done on the computer and have a latte. The drink was fine, the place was clean and the baristas were helpful.
