Beans & Steams Coffee House

Very unexpected!! Driving thru Sidney Nebraska, bumped into this little coffee shop. This shop in all honesty is one of the nicest I’ve been too! The peanut butter muffin was outstanding! White mocha was perfect! Daughter had stuffed pretzel and iced iced chai. Delicious!!
Even has wine!!

This is a well laid out coffee shop. Great equipment, efficient baristas, drive through makes you feel included and welcome. The coffee is great. One of the best coffee houses in the country. Yes, I travel a lot.😁

The wonderful baristas always take care of us! Fast service, and they take time to give recommendations. I highly recommend everyone try the refreshers if they need a tasty pick me up; Lavender with coconut milk is my favorite so far.

Bagels baked fresh each day for sandwiches. Hot latte smooth. Friendly, easy going staff. Spacious clean bathrooms.

Drove thru here on a road trip to Indiana. Got the chai latte with almond milk, light spice and a hot cocoa. Food items were a breakfast bagel sandwich with sausage egg and cheese, along with a cream cheese stuffed pretzel. Everything was pretty delicious. Although the breakfast sandwich was mediocre. The inside of the shop had a home feeling to it and the workers were very bright and cheerful. Would definitely come back if I was in the area again.

Your Manager saved you from getting 1 star. The 4 Stars are because of her. She was the only one who smiled and was friendly. The others front employees, seem toothless no smiles at all. Totally poker faces. Yacky!
Remember a smile cost you growth and popularity. Unfriendliness lost of business.

Upgrade to 4☆ - lattes were much tastier! Price was a little more than average during 25+ state travels. Long wait around 8 a.m. (15-20 minutes); really busy. Only coffee shop near our morning travels - convenient to hotel.

Convenient with drive-through availability. The line was long so a worker came out to take our orders which seemed to help things speed up. Neither hot decaf latte nor sugar free caramel latte were very robust - sort of flavorless. Disappointing.

If you have 30 guests all together as a group and have to make 30 bagels breakfast for them but while making them another one or two guests are stepping in and also want 1 bagel or 2 it is ok to wait to be finishing the 30 guests ahead wich came as a group or you give a bagel to 1 person who stepped in and he s leaving while the other 30 guests group are sitting at the table and no rush. Anyway when you take the order you could tell the 1 person that he ll have to wait 40 min for a bagel and he ll be ok to leave and go somewhere else . But it's not ok to wait and finally leave without food and while was sitting overthere no one could say anything. Unbelievable.

The staff is very friendly, the coffee is great. It's my favorite place.

Good coffee. The baristas are pretty chill and make a pretty mean breve. The bagel sandwiches are solid too.
