Bagels & Joe

I loved my Italian bagel panini! The basil aioli on the side complemented it very well. The breakfast burritos also had very good eggs. You have to try the carmel Smoothie. It tastes like a frappee without the coffee flavor. I loved the pictures of historic Seward on the wall. Since we went opening day, there was a few mishaps like no one understanding the ordering line and where to go or how to order. I assume once they have had a few more days of being open, this will be corrected. Overall we will be back again.

Walked in and it smells so good! The iced white mocha taste so good! And got a breakfast burrito and it was so hot and delicious! Would definitely recommend anyone to come here

I stopped in this morning for a cortado latte and a bagel and was greeted by a friendly staff. The girl who took my order seemed to be intentional about making sure my dietary needs were met. I was also impressed with their communication between employees. I'm so grateful that Seward now has a Bagels and Joe and look forward to making a weekly trip!

Our order was placed and paid for online at approx 10 am for a 1pm pickup. We received a text stating the order was received and accepted. When I arrived at 1 pm I was told that the quiche we ordered was not available. I asked if they had tried to reach out and tell us the quiche was not available, the employee shrugged her shoulders and just looked at me. She then went in the back to ask and came back and said no one had tried to reach out to us. I called my friend to see what else she wanted and ordered something different. I did tell the employee that this was our first visit and it did not seem to matter to anyone that was involved. That is so disappointing. If, as a business, you accept online orders pay attention and communicate with your online patrons. Apologize when you have made a mistake and act as though you appreciate my business. I am not sure if I will return, the food was okay but not unforgettable.

Friendly service and good coffee and choices. Good Bagels and very tasty cream cheese and cinnamon cream cheese. There breakfast burrito chipotle is tasty lightly spicy. They classic burrito and sausage burrito cinnamon rolls and other selections

This place has unlimited potential. Their coffee and food is great! It just lacks clear organization. They have enough people working but they are all scrambling around without any direction. Their sales and output could double if they had a better system. Each person working took and order then made it. They ran into one another on a constant basis. Having a line would work 20x better. One person taking orders, 2 making the food, 2 making coffee, and 1 checking out. They didn't have any of that. 1 kid was even standing around not knowing what to do. Hopefully it improves! It can easily be the best in Seward.

I got the Italian panini it was delishes once I got it. They gave my order to someone that ordered after me, so he was eating my sandwich and his wife had nothing. And when his came up, I ate his sandwich while his wife got to eat hers. Maybe there needs to be a better way. I even asked the gal when she was giving him my sandwich if it was my order, and she said, "no, yours is being made".
So I'm thinking maybe they need to figure a better way on delivering food to the tables, my thoughts anyway.

The food was decent for the price and I really enjoyed the smoothie. The atmosphere is great but would be better with jazz playing.

Absolutely awesome. The bagels and cream cheese selection is great and hard to choose from. I will definitely make this a common stop.

Excellent food and coffee. Service was great also.
