I have stopped by Zen a handful of times over the years hoping that I will have a better experience, but it is always the same. The coffee tastes watered down or burnt depending on my drink. My biggest complaint is the customer service. The aesthetic of Zen is very pleasing, but every time I have been there the barista's are never welcoming, always on their phones, and just seem like they aren't too worried about the customer experience. I am all for a "zen" and chill atmosphere, but make sure your customers are being properly taken care of. There are many great small business coffee shops around the area, and I would definitely recommend checking out those instead.

Coffee flight of hot winter flavors was extraordinary

I had an oat milk latte with honey and lavender and it was super yummy. Had a long drive ahead and I am so glad I stopped. It was a smaller quite place perfect for studying or reading.

I love their coffee and toast flights! Yummy beverages with fun seasonal menus! The toast is as delicious as the drinks, and the service always makes me feel welcome.

the shop is super cute and reminds me of LA quality and uniqueness!
the BEST pink Latte and Belgium (with a tiny waffle 🤯🥰)
this is my 5th time there (west location ) I even bought a mug! I will be tasting the entire menu soon 🤣.

Nice atmosphere and good coffee located in a cute spot in downtown Omaha. However, their website and their menu both say it is $10 for a flight of coffee, but I was charged $20/flight. When I asked for a small cup to take the $20 coffee that I payed for “to go,” I was told no and that this isn’t allowed. It seems kind of ridiculous to me that I couldn’t take my drinks to go. 🤷🏻♀️

I seriously appreciate the aesthetics of the coffee flights as well as the coffee shop itself 😍 BEAUTIFUL.

Nice atmosphere; always packed. Drink prices seem to me a tad on the expensive side. For example, a small matcha latte is $5. I go because my coworker loves their coffee; not really my scene.

We were so excited to hit this place up for a Bachelorette weekend. We made reservations for the coffee flights (as stated on social media to do)days in advance. They had no flights available when we arrived, so we had to wait until other customers were done with them. I'm not sure what the point of the reservations is. The atmosphere is amazing. Super cute shop! They were out of bread and avocado, so that was a bummer. Their scones were delicious though! I tried the Butterbeer and Belgium waffle -both iced. Was not impressed with the coffee. It was lukewarm even with the ice. And surprising bitter for flavored coffee.

Very nice place. Coffee is decent for the area. But I waited over 30 minutes for some lattes during a down time for no apparent reason other than maybe they were short handed? Not sure. Might be the slowest/confused baristas I’ve ever encountered in my 20 years of coffee shop hopping. Overall its a decent place but they gotta speed it up.
