Truly a unique and high quality cafe. You have to try their buns, the taste and texture are amazing. Also, a great place to get karak tea and Turkish coffee. You also have the standard Western coffee and espresso drinks.

Reward point doesn't work, other than that it was good. The manager wasn't there, normally he is there and super nice. The cashier just click through my payment screen and I can't even send myself a receipt. Got home and found out she got my drink wrong. I ordered latte, she gave me chai.

UPDATE on 3/26 reward still not working, the nice employee offered a free Karak tea, but I didn't take up the offer as I already ordered and paid for a signature bun and a latte. Then I called Toast Inc. who hosted the reward said their system is down. It has been down for more than a month. Feel bad that the reward company is taking advantage of Papparoti. Papparoti should consider changing the reward company. Other than that, the store is always clean and food/drinks are great.

Simply amazing ! Beside the signature coffee bun, the menu is full of other tasty items like karak tea, fresh smoothies, shakes, and juices. The kids love coming here for all the different toppings on the buns. Very unique and highly recommended.

Their signature bun was delicious and worth the trip. I was less impressed with the drinks simply because I enjoy strong coffee/tea and they prepare them weaker and with much more milk than I prefer.

But the buns!!!! Delish!

The staff was super friendly and helpful! I had never had one of these buns before and now I cannot get enough of them. The coffee is delicious and has a unique flavor. 10/10

The store is very beautiul and spaceful. Staffs are friendly. The buns taste exactly as same as when i had Papparoti in VN. The coffee (Pappucino w/caramel sauce) is really good. But the wait time is a bit long. Im so happy that they open in Omaha. Def will be back to try more stuffs.

Amazing! Soft, tasty, melt in your mouth buns. The owners were awesome, telling us about their menu and origins. I also highly recommend the Karak Tea to chai lovers. We sampled the original, Nutella, and ICloud.

A must try! Nothing like it in Omaha! A roti with a cappuccino will simply brighten your day!

I like big buns and I can not lie. Place is so good. I went back to back to back days! Get the Karak tea, Turkish Coffee and many buns.
