Every time I come here the wait is 15-30 minutes. There is always someone in front of me with a massive order. They have got to hire more people. The same wonderful lady is here every time I have come on shift all day and she is normally the only person on shift. She is very kind and good but also very overworked. I hope she gets a raise and a few days off.
Been coming here for years, have always had a great experience…except for today at 1:10 pm. The young man running the counter was extremely rude to my son. My son was looking at the meat selection and the guy snapped at him and said “ you can’t just pick something to put on your sandwich, you have to order off the menu”. Regretfully you’ve lost my business. I don’t do business with people that treat kids like dirt.
Whoever the lady and gentlemen working this evening are, they deserve a raise. They were busy, yet served everyone with a smile. Not only that, but our sandwhiches were surprisingly the best constructed subway sandwhiches we have ever had.
Went in here today at 12030ish. Guy preparing the order was so incredibly rude, short and difficult to understand what his one word mumbles were. He needs to seriously rethink his career choices if working at Subway makes him this miserable.
The gentleman who waited on us deserves a raise. He was the only one working there he was very professional and courteous. And he had a huge line. Look like his help did not show up.. he was awrsome
These guys are awesome. They work together great and keep the store clean and food fresh. I know it is hard to find good help in North Platte. To the owner great job on putting together such an incredible crew.
visited subway 3 times this week. once in the day and 2 times at night. the day I went in the gentleman making my sandwiches rolled his eyes the entire time and was pretty rude. the 2 times I have been in at night it is only just 1 person working (Jackie) and she is always so busy with walkins and computer orders. not once has she rolled her eyes or even seems frustrated. she is beyond amazing always so nice to each and every customers and not to mentions she is quick at making sandwiches. even when she runs out of things because they didn't stock for her she's quick at getting what she needs. I appreciate her customer service and attention to detail. she deserves a raise because its not easy being the only person taking care of so many people!!
Very poor service and staff is very rude. Walked in and the younger kid was putting away bread and gave me attitude like I was inconveniencing him waiting to order. I finally tell him what I wanted and he rolled his eyes and would grab the veggies and just throw it on the sandwich. Pretty immature young kids working here that apparently hate being there. Only reason I gave two stars was because sandwich was good. Just very poor service and rude staff.
Hands down the best service i have received from a Subway crew period, let alone on a holiday durning a blizzard in NE! Thank you to the 6pm shift for being nice even when some of the customers sucked! I saw it happen! And I am saying thank you on behalf of the others who needed you to make a long snowy trip a little warmer! Merry Xmas!
