Really good quality coffee and environment. The first time we went was on a Sunday morning, and it took forever to get through the line, and it looked like they maybe needed more help? Tried the cappuccino, latte with some vanilla (hot as well as iced), the moto mocha (iced) and the hibiscus cooler. All were great! Would definitely go there again if I was in town.

The Mill is one of the best (if not the best) coffeeshop(s) you can get in Nebraska. They roast great coffee beans from various parts of the world and have a decent range of pastry and bites to complement it.
They have a signature for their interior design with a distinct character. They have a few branches in Lincoln.
I was a regular when I lived here.

Great vibes for a casual work day and great conversation. I’m traveling and this is a perfect location if you’re is downtown Lincoln.
I came here with my Fiancé to celebrate her sister Amanda Landaverde + Reid Bailey’s wedding.

It is a very welcoming and inviting coffee shop. Totally agree with many reviews about such an awesome coffee shop in Lincoln downtown. I went there for a quick stop on Sat morning. The ambiance is so relaxing. I wish there were more pastries to try. Luckily, there was apple coffee cake which was very good with cappuccino. Biscotti was also good. I hope to have a chance to stop at the Mill again. Next time, I will try some tea and any goodies to go with .
By the way, there is a kiosk that buys and sells bitcoins. I think it is pretty impressive.

In Seattle "Coffee capital of the world" it's hard to find a coffee shop open late. To my surprise I came across The Mill in NE and oh my! What a cute coffee shop! Got the Mexican mocha and it's perfect. Not too sweet and can definitely taste the Mexican chocolate in it.
Also got a cinnamon roll and omg can't stop eating! Someone take it from me! Super good.

Excellent coffee. Lovely atmosphere. Crowded with line ups. Walls of merch. Candy! Gigantic antique metal things (I'm scared of attempting to name them in case I'm wrong.) Lots of seating...it keeps going back and back.

This is a gem of a coffee place. The actual drink was exquisite, pastries up to par, the atmosphere gives you the impression of going directly to the source of the coffee beans, and inspired to work/study/read etc.
The best part is that, unlike modern coffee chains, the staff is proud of their work and there is no lousy/noisy music.
Quite a delightful stop on our road trip.

Come in for a relaxing time. Whether it’s a cold or hot drink. Coffee or tea. Plenty of snacks and items to purchase. This is a great place for some downtime, located in the Haymarket Place. Get in early as the business and college crowd hits it before they start their day. No matter what, the employees are great and cheerful, making the visit worthwhile.

A Lincoln staple. If you're from Lincoln you are familiar with The Mill, maybe even worked there for a stint, or are friends with someone who did. Great coffee, Great atmosphere, Excellent Staff. If you're passing through and have some time to spare do yourself a favor and get a taste of one of the most integral parts of Lincoln's downtown culture.
