Wonderful roasted coffee. Focuses on single origin beans. Not a cafe, just a shop to buy beans and tea exclusively, but very high quality. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

The Coffee Roaster goes above and beyond with their great service and excellent coffee. I'm personally a fan of their Kenya Kabunyeria Peaberry. Highly recommend!

I tasted the Sulawesi (Dark Roast), Kenya (Medium Roast), El Salvador (Light Roast), and their Espresso. All the roasts come as advertised, you get what is advertised on the bag. If you enjoy a darker roast the Sulawesi is definitely great option. Their Kenya was very good for a medium roast. A friend and I brewed all of them with the Hario V60 and the Chemex. The V60 brewed a better cup on all of them. Particle size is definitely something you can play with and it will affect the flavor profile. The extensive variety of origins is a nice option. I personally prefer the Lighter Roasts because they allow for the tasting notes of their given origins to shine through. That being said, I would definitely come back for the El Salvador. No matter what your palate prefers, the Coffee Roaster has what you want.
