The Coffee Roaster

LOVE this place. I used to subscribe to a coffee service that would deliver the beans to my home, just to save myself some time in trying to hunt down good quality coffee. I got tired of the 3-5 different varieties they would send and not being 110% satisfied with the flavors so I started looking around elsewhere.

Low and behold this happy accident! I thought I was going in to find myself a coffee service place like a Starbucks, Cultiva or what-have-you but instead I discovered the best place in town to get my home grounds! I'm a huge coffee snob and I've always preferred my coffee with creamer, but the coffee here is so delicious that I barely need any creamer at all.

They'll give you whole beans or grind them to your preference and they always offer great suggestions if you're not sure what you want or want to try something new. I LOVE that they'll also let me bring in my own canister to fill up, and they are always so nice whenever I come in. Best of all I love supporting local :)

Best Coffee in Lincoln. Whole beans or ground oh, they also have tea and chocolate and love huge variety of coffee products for making and enjoying your coffee. I purchased a French press traveling mug that I really enjoy. They also have candles and soap. Socks and shirts and a fun place and fun owners.

If you love coffee, this is the place to buy your beans. They have a wide variety, and roast beans daily. They plan to expand into making coffee in the store itself as well, but for now patrons can smell the freshly roasted coffee beans and purchase as little as 8oz of either ground or whole coffee beans from around the world.

Got whole beans to take home for pour over coffee. They smelled great but overall didn’t deliver on flavor. It’s not as bad as Starbucks! But I will continue to get beans from Cultiva and my Yes Plz subscription.

Staff in the store was very friendly, willing to let us smell and taste the coffees and teas.
