Ordered coffee from the company website after being gifted some of this amazing coffee from a friend. The website is user friendly and the shipping was on time and packaged nicely! Been going to The Coffee Roaster for years, when Sam's father ran it. The quality of the roast is as good as any I used when I lived in California and ones in Washington. Sam and Vince have done well expanding and becoming a great contributor to the community.

Most importantly, they sell great coffee (whole, ground, or unroasted). But they're kind of the whole package--a nice selection of accessories and swag, cheap local delivery ($2, or free for orders over $30), same-day delivery if you order before 11am, and friendly and helpful employees. Sign up for their free rewards program ("Beans") for good discounts with no spam.

Amazing beans, great variety, and unbeatable hospitality. They offer some of the best locally roasted beans in Lincoln. However, I'm writing review because of their amazing customer service. I used to regularly visit this store, but it had been near a year since I had last been there. The owner of the shop still remembered which beans are my favorite after all that time had passed. Needless to say, I plan on once again regularly buying my beans from the Coffee Roaster.

Simply the best - only place in Lincoln that I'll buy coffee from. Their beans taste the best, no nasty burnt beans. The owners and staff are some of the nicest, friendliest, and most knowledgeable people you'll ever meet. I drink a LOT of coffee, and they've got me covered - whether I drop in and chat with the wonderful staff, or order online for free/$2 local delivery (I know the delivery fee changes to free sometimes). Check out their Mexico Chiapas - my favorite AM coffee. Or the new Honduras Cafe El Zapote - my new favorite in the evening or on the weekend. They also have the cutest sample/gift boxes that are great for any gifting occasion - brought one to a White Elephant party and everyone fought over it. I could ramble on for hours about how much I love these guys, but I've probably typed a paragraph. So I'll just get back to sipping on my Mexico Chiapas. <3

The owners of the Coffee Roaster are amazing. I regularly get our coffee for work and home here. While our favorite coffee is never in short supply, we are often offered suggestions to try, based on our current taste. We have yet to be disappointed! They are all extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. It's great to be able to support this local business. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for local, quality coffee.

It's so freaking good... We won't buy coffee anywhere else! It is so fresh and the customer service is amazing. Sam always remembers our orders and genuinely cares about us as people. That's why we'll never go back to getting our coffee at the grocery store!
