Nice place for a coffee and terrific pastry.

Wow! The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, the food was tasty, and the drinks were absolutely delicious (I had the s'more with almond milk and an extra shot). It's definitely a hidden gem worth checking out if you're ever passing through! I would choose them over Starbucks without hesitation.

We were looking for a Starbucks on our long journey across the prairie land and came across this gem. No Starbucks for 80 miles but we were pleasantly surprised with this great place. It was super clean and the two peeps working there were full of great customer service. I tried their ‘Nebraskan’ coffee, my Mom had a regular coffee and my wife and daughter had iced tea. Everything was great.

I came there for the first time in a while after coming back from college. The lady that took my order was so nice and had the sweetest personality. When she gave me my coffee, she gave me a donut for free. I absolutely love this place!

I went to Nebraska Coffee on my way to Oliver Reservoir. The shop was airy and had nice decor. The tables were pretty hardwood. The barista was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions and described all of the baked goods. The baked goods were delicious; we bought three donuts and a muffin. The barista gave us two donuts for free because it was late in the day. The shop had a lot of options for food, like pastries and sandwiches. As for coffee, the pumpkin spice latte was delicious but not at all like commercial options; my latte was more spice than pumpkin and not sweet. The drip coffee was good, too. My only issue was that finding prices for the products was a little difficult, but there are lists of prices on the bulletin board next to the counter. I highly recommend Nebraska Coffee for your java needs.

Great service, wicked good coffee! Went on Taco Tuesday, so nachos & tacos were a must; was not disappointed - good sized portions and prepared fresh! My better half had something called a "Bubble" tea & before she had it a quarter of the way finished, she was texting people about how good it was, lol. 10/10, will definitely stop back when in Kimball again!

We stopped here on our way home from a trip out west. The staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee was delicious and baked goods outstanding. The whole ambiance was delightful!

We bought breakfast burritos with bacon , great flavor, we bought an extra one after tasting those . Cozy coffee shop, small boutique at the dinning area with neat jewelry, purses, shoes and blouses . We enjoyed our breakfast , clean area and bathroom . We were attended by a kind and attentive lady.
