Always my go to for Boba!! All their drinks are delicious I like to get new ones each time🧡

I've been going here pretty regularly over the last few months and usually happy with the consistency of the food and beverages. However, recently my interactions/experiences haven't been great. Typically they're out of most of the items listen and the price being charged is not consistent with the price listed on the menu. Loved the sandwich/drink combo (this is usually what I got). I think the point where I decided I would no longer go here is after when I asked about the pricing inconsistency (there was a $2 difference in pricing listed and what my total was) and was told "we're going through a change in the menu due to supply changes but we haven't finalized it yet - our customers know this." And in that moment regardless of my hunger, they lost me as a regular patron.

My favorite guilty pleasure is a pearl milk tea. Fresh Express is pretty true to the style of milk tea I grew up on and is now one of my favorite drink stops in town.

The service was fine, she was taking orders and preparing the orders, so was busy while we were there. I personally didn't care for the sandwich I ordered, the smoothie was very good though. The menu was limited when we stopped in and the items we had wanted were not available.

Disclaimer: I'm not at all angry, just a little frustrated, but I understand the situation.

I love this place and it's range of options, and I've been a coming here at least once a month since it opened. Today, I went in and got what I usually get, but to my surprise, I was charged $2 more than every other time before, when the menu said the price was the same. When I asked a worker about it, she said that COVID made prices go up and the menu wasn't updated yet. There was no sign that I saw saying prices were different (I don't doubt that there was one somewhere, but it was just not readily visible).

Last time I was in there (a little over a month ago) I was not charged more. I don't deny that COVID is the case for price increases and products getting delayed, I just wish that I would have been able to know this beforehand.

Very friendly, the food was fresh and tasted amazing. It's comparable to Bahnwich in Lincoln, NE. My entire family loved it.

I love that there is bubble tea here, makes me very happy.

This is cute location and pleasant atmosphere, but the tea and sandwichs are pre-made and just heated up before served (personally think they could hear them up a bit more, they get cold fast).

I really like the shredded chicken sandwich and tried the pork one, but that meat was weird and had a dry texture and looked like fur. The vegetables on them are hella good.

Tapioca pearls go bad/start to deteriorate every four hours and should be remade, but I believe they only make them each morning. This just means that I recommend not getting them late at night here because they will loose their quality. I understand that it can be expensive for small businesses to toss and remake them every four hours though.

Over all, I am glad that a store like this exists here but I think there are some things that could be improved upon.

This is the first time I've ever had boba tea. And I have to say the Boba tea here is really good. Also we had a smoothie and a slushy and those were both very good as well. The sandwiches are small but healthy. Overall it was a very good experience. I would recommend this to all of my friends.

Absolutely terrible service and it's obvious that the workers do not care at all! The food was cold and tasted old and just looked thrown together. My boyfriend and I ate there this evening and both got food poisoning

They are fantastic. I come here almost every day and they are always so nice. I've never had bad service here. The food is great, the drinks are amazing, the building itself is so cute.
