My go to caffeine spot when I'm in Missoula. Highly recommend the blue,or purple lotus drinks! Seriously delicious! Or the peanut butter frappe!

We drive all the way down reserve just to visit this exact stand. The Lady that works in here us the best. I'd never get coffee from another place it person... If she ever goes so does our business..... Love the flavors and love the staff.

Had the best Huckleberry smoothie! You have a lot of options when it comes to the ingredients like milk, there soy options for those who have lactose problems. As for pricing it was ridiculously cheap for a specialty item. They also have lots of other coffee flavors I wish I had the chance to try. The girl Manning the window was so pleasant and answered all of our questions regarding the ingredients. fast service great food and helping local shops! Definitely recommend if in town.

Would not recommend. Waited 10 minutes while the person in the hut chatted with the car in front of us. Finally left and drove across the street to Copper Mountain. In and out in 3 minutes. I would recommend skipping Florence and going straight to Copper.

So I dont give bad reviews but this place needs some help. The person running the place was not a reasonable person. They got our order wrong and they used a free "token" when we didn't want one. Just needs someone that's not so young or stressed. However, the coffee and the Huckleberry Smoothies were extremely good.

1st time there. My gosh the gal was nice and friendly. She was making 8 drinks at a time and was pretty quick. We we're at the one on North reserve About 330. You guys need to take care of that gal she did your company right.

FloCo is a local staple and has the best chia lattes. I recommended trying their dirty vanilla chia blended!

I love florence coffee, Ive never gone to the one on north reserve but love the people I've bought coffee from but I have NEVER encountered the terrible customer service I had today. June 2nd 10am. The gal treated us like we were a complete inconvenience to her and we were the only ones there. After we got our coffee I gave her my money and turned around to grab my coffee card. She had already shut the window and then refused to add the punches to my card. She said I was too late. The coffee is terrible. I dont know whats wrong with her but this encounter left a bad feeling. I will not come back to this location and if i see the same gal at any of the others I'll just opt not to get a coffee that day.

Absolutely love the employees here!! Especially the Monday crew. I go there with my mom every Monday and the employees are apart of our new tradition with my mom's dog getting a biscuit! Love this place!!
