City Brew Coffee

Just a quick stop here for us leaving town and getting back to the road. Coffee was excellent I ordered an americano with chocolate came out perfect. A bit of a line in the drive through but it moved fast and the service was friendly and appreciated. Looks like they had a good amount of food options as well of you were looking for breakfast and coffee! Not far off of the interstate so good for quick stops.

Our 2 frappes were not blended nearly enough, leaving big chunks of ice so the straw was useless. Not the first time this has happened here. For $10 I expect a better product.

We stop here on the way home from our Billings trips and are never disappointed. Yes, even in the early afternoon, the coffee is piping hot and fresh (try that at your local Starbucks-lukewarm at best).
The young folks working here are well trained with great attitudes. Kudos and many thanks to the manager!

City brew is a great local company. You can always count on a friendly barista and consistent cup of coffee.

Customer service is great! Drinks have been wrong past couple times I've been in and when remade they still don't taste very good.

The lobby is closed due to labor shortage so I went in the drive through. The employee, Nick G, was amazing! He was the only one working, yet greeted me happily, got 7 cars through in 3 minutes, and even had a fun joke at the window. Amazing employee- and he makes a great chia tea.

I love City Brew!! *BUT* this location needs a little attention, most everytime we go in the staff seems to be playing catch up and a smile can't be found in the place. Generally a long line on the interior and drive through, coffee is good but we have had issues with receiving the correct orders. Maybe an expansion should be in order or improved work flow? All in all my family will continue to support City Brew, fingers crossed this location will get some help 😉

Acrostic poem aside - I'm glad I stopped to get coffee here on my road trip. It was quick and convenient. I went through the drive through and then was able to park and enjoy some of the items I bought before I was on my way. When I pass through again, I will definitely stop here.

Possibly some of the best service in town. If you want to feel like you're treated with that small town flavor this is where you go. I'm not really a regular but every time I pull through Miss Whitney knows who I am and greets me like I'm a family member. Whatever City Brew is doing and hiring their people they're doing it right.

Usually come here before heading to work in the mornings. Love the coffee and service, however I do not like the point of sale system used here. It will never take my card, I have to either use a different card or cash. Last time they had to swipe only as the chip and the NFC payment wouldn't work. Only business I've had issues with.
