Kalispell Koffee

Usually love this place! Been going for about 3-4 years now. Great taste in coffee. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the inconsistency. There’s always new girls working every time I go, I always order the same thing and it’s different every time I get it depending on who’s making it (different price too) Just think all the girls need to have a day together and all get on the same page.

If I could give zero stars I would. Nothing we ordered was correct. Instead of a flavored latte, I got espresso and milk. No coffee in the frappe. And I don't know what this thing is but it's not an Italian soda and it's disgusting. 0/10 don't recommend, won't be giving another chance.

If you order on door dash and they don't have the correct ingredients or If they are out of something they will just make you whatever instead of trying to contact you to see what else you would like. Every time I have ever gotten a coffee from them they mess it up in some way. Definitely a waste of money. Always forgets the creame or add flavor when not wanted.

Incorrect prices on menu and poor customer service. One the girls said the owner said had a new one coming in with updated prices. That was nearly a year ago now. Came back through for the first time since and board was still the same but prices were even higher when told total. It’d be nice to not be surprised when total was given.

They will argue price too and not honor the board if you catch price difference. Be aware.

Our first time getting coffee in the area. We ordered some of the huckleberry drinks. They are amazing & full of flavor! The price was great too.

I ordered two frappes with extra espresso shots the. Coffe came with zero coffee and when I called to let them know I got no answer or call back I am now out 15 bucks on two coffees

I'm so bummed I can't upload a picture, I just want to say how AMAZING this coffee shop is. The girls here are so stinkin sweet and the drinks are amazing. Even when there is a long line I will happily wait for my drink. So thank you!

My husband is a huge fan of the Mexican Mocha. I love the white coffee with mocha and hazelnut. Until next time Kalispell!

I just door dashed drinks and burritos from here, and I am so impressed with the accuracy of the order. I've come to expect a few hiccups each time with door dash orders, and this one was just absolutely perfect, flavoring and type or burrito and all. I REALLY appreciate getting it right, thank your for being awesome and attentive doing what you do. More orders from me will definitely come :)
