The blond lady at the front was rude. The food got to use pretty quick and the waiter was quick to get our orders. The experience was overall good.

It's not a bad place, I could of made a better rueben and the right way. My mom's taco salad had a pepper that wasn't even cut up for her. Had to work on cutting that before she could enjoy her meal. Could be better, not sure they care. At least the waitress we got was nice and did a good job.

Feel sorry for the young lady that was called an illegal by our waitress. Ariel was very rude and I will definitely not be coming back to eat here. Unacceptable!!!

Absolutely the WORST service of any restaurant I've ever been to. First of all, the person who sat us, forgot about us. We sat for 20 minutes just waiting to get our drink order taken! The waitress seemed rude and unhappy and like she was faking being happy. Horrible customer service! The food was mediocre at best! They VACUUMED while we were eating even asking other patrons who were also eating to "move their feet" so they could access under the tables. The cook was also the busser. Just all around not a great place! One star!

Excellent fare, and decent service even when the restaurant is full. Expect a wait if they're busy. Cool decorations and clean facilities, but most importantly FRESH PIES AND BAKED GOODS.

Waitress took our drink order after a 20 minute wait. Came back 10 minutes later to ask what drinks we ordered because she forgot. Then we waited another 20 minutes to order food while they were bussing tables around us. Food was cold. Waitress dropped off the check without saying a word. Overall a pretty terrible experience. I would honestly get fast food if I needed food in Hamilton again.

Really bummed! This is one of my favorite places & our experience today was not good! We sat and were given menus but then nothing. I finally went to the hostess, who in a five sentence conversation, informed me twice that she wasn’t a waitress. All I was asking was would she let our waitress know we where there. Everyone who came in after us had already been helped. We drove 45 minutes to eat there and left with no lunch.
