Electric City Coffee, Coffee House and Bakery

I love going here. Only place that has coffee sorta from back in Miami. A cortado and a Cuban coffee. The staff is the best friendly and does everything they can to make you a happy customer. I go there 2 to 3 times a week. For a pick me up before the gym and work.

Had a coffee and breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious! Great customer service and food. This is our new go-to spot.

The food is fresh and very delicious one of my favorite places to go in Great falls. The gals are always very friendly and happy to see you come in the door.When you ask questions are always eager to help you and tell you what something is too .i

Eggs Benedict was very good, the coffee robust. The downside, a bacon breakfast sandwich is stretching the name, there literally is a 1/2 slice of bacon for the whole sandwich! The croissant was very tasty though. Took 30 minutes to get our food.

15 minute wait with 3 people in line, followed by 30 minutes waiting for 3 sandwiches. The sandwiches were incredibly boring. The layout of the restaurant is cramped. The water is kept in a tea tin in a crowded corner. My order was made incorrectly. Terrible menu, very little clarity.

Great little coffee shop and bistro! Food (at least, the desserts, as thats all I've had so far!) is delcious, and reasonably priced for being made in-house. The coffee and other hot drinks are great, too, but a *bit* steeper in price then I expected. I'm still willing to pay, of course! They have the best London Fog, after all.

The interior is amazing, and inviting, even when packed to the gills. It's a bit too...trendy? Best word I can think of for this. It's not bad! I just feel a bit out of place going in there with jeans and a shirt. But, not by any doing of the staff, mind you!

Which, reminds me: the staff is awesome! I've never met such a bubbly lot of people, and they seem to just love their job. It's always a delight going in and talking to them.

Slow, stand offish staff. Over priced for what you get. Took 45 minutes for 3 sandwiches and 3 pastries. No one in front of us. We weren’t given a choice on bread and unsure of type of bread but was not pleasant. Had we not taken it to go and we were driving would have returned and demanded a refund.

Terrible. People behind us got helped before us. Even after an hour of waiting for one sandwich person behind us was given sandwich before us. Sandwich was extremely crunchy and wasn't made correctly. Really bad customer service, and that's saying something. I've lived in North Dakota.. 9 dollar sandwich? Good grief, I hope this isn't how it goes for everyone.

We went by for dinner one night and the food was okay. The waitress sold us on a meat and cheese platter with "homemade crackers." Well, those homemade crackers were basically flavorless granola squares and the meat and cheese was the only items on the platter that were decent. The waitress also asked if we wanted some water when we sat down, but she only brought it out for the other table next to us and although she stopped by our table a few times, she kept forgetting to bring us water!

It was a nice place with a great atmosphere. Food didn't take long to come out and staff was very polite. Its a coffee place but seems to have more to offer. Food was great and I think I will be back again.
