Came in for the first time today! Staff was very friendly, service was quick, and the food was delicious! 10/10, will definitely be coming back!

I was visiting Great Falls for a BMW Motorcycle Rally this week. The food vendors provided at the rally left me wanting for something paletable. Luckily, Electric City Coffee was just across the river and I am so glad I found them. Their pastries and breakfast burritos are the shiz-nit and the staff is super friendly and eager to give you a boost in the morning. Let's not forget about their coffee. I live in Seattle where coffee is a religion. Let's just say these people are keeping the faith. They got my 120° mocha with Irish cream, right every time.
Most importantly, be sure to say "good morning" to Dominick while you're there. He's a local stud with an adorable personality who is there every morning. Just look for the guy with glasses working on his laptop. 😉

It was Saturday August 1st. It was the lunch hour and downtown was busy with the farmers market and a car show and we decided to take a mom's day out and have lunch without the kids.
I have never ate at Electric City Coffee and I can tell you why people don't shop downtown or even dine downtown. The service was slow and the staff was rude and not friendly at all. Our drinks sat down at the end of counter forever as it was so loud in there we almost missed our drinks as we were sitting outside. Again we have never ate there and let staff know that when we ordered.
The food was terrible. 1/2 sandwhiches with no mayo , the bread was hard and asked for mayo we got packets of mayo. The salad was given with no dressing and again a staff member had to make multi trips so we could eat lunch.
I can tell you I wont dine here or recommend your establishment to anyone. First time dined there on a bad experience with bad service I can tell you I wont return

Enjoyed previous visits but they were only from the pastry case. This time we ordered sandwiches. We ended up making our dine in a to go order as they brought our food 30 minutes later. If you have less than 45 minutes, call ahead. Some staff personable but some were standoffish. While the sandwich was tasty it was a cold grilled sandwich by the time we ate it.

We went around noon the first day and had Eggs Benedict and pumpkin bread and both were fantastic and reasonably priced. We also had Bee Stinger coffee which had milk, honey and lavender added to it and it was wonderful. We returned the next morning to a case full of gorgeous pastries and had a sausage croissant and black coffee. We took a scone and blueberry crumble to go. It was all really good. There are vegan, sugar free and gluten free options as well. I would return in a heartbeat if I lived in Great Falls.

I went there today and had my husband go in due to myself still being in my pjs. It took 25 minutes for 1 latte. After my husband came out I asked what took so long. He mentioned that they took care of their regulars before him....and his 1 coffee. I was pretty disappointed. I heard good things about this place. Won't be goin in there again. You would think they would want to get more business by making a good impression and not being petty by that slick move. Looks like a great place...poor customer service if you aren't a regular.

This place came highly regarded by a local so we had to give it a try before we left town. Excellent breakfast stop. They have non dairy alternatives and the stuffed croissants are amazing. It has all the ambiance you'd expect from a top notch coffee shop and more. My only critique would be that their bold coffee isn't very bold relative to a Starbucks blend for example. Hope to come back again someday.
