Freshies Cafe

Oh, wonderful experience. The staff was so friendly and talkative and the place was so clean. I was glad we decided to stop there for ice cream. The ice cream turned out to be a surprise because it was so good. I always recommend the black cherry it was great.

Excellent food, a little pricey, not fond of the paper straws, they ruin the flavor of the drink, but once removed, the dragon fruit lemonade was amazing, the Thai chicken wrap was almost too pretty to eat, but the sesame peanut sauce and all the ingredients in it were fresh and wonderful. The BlackBerry and cantaloupe were a fresh lovely side, and the ambiance inside was delightful. Had a nice little couch to wait for our food on. There was a cute little nook under the stairs for the little ones to play and the chairs upstairs looked very nice, just didn't have the energy for the stairs to go up and explore. Also very convenient that the ice cream shop is open off the main dining area so if one would want a sweet treat after, it's right there.

Mayonnaise and miracle whip are not the same thing. If you’re going to charge $12 for a small sandwich try using quality ingredients

Expensive . Small portions. Very slow service . Taste was decent, nothing unique. We placed a phone order, were told 20, and show up 30 mins later, they hadn't even started our order. Majority of us have a designated time for lunch at work. I was informed it would be 10 more mins, as if I should be happy or content with my already late late order. . No offer for a refund. Just an offer to cancel my order after you wasted 40 mins of my time. Been here 3 times, this is definitely the last. As the two were similar but this was rotten.. far from freshies

I love Freshies! They always have healthy options if you want them and their sausage breakfast burrito is sooooo good! I love the melty cheese. Every month, their special menu is unique and seasonal. Their yogurt parfaits are so fresh and made with REAL UNSWEETENED greek yogurt so you don't get the added sugar that we don't need. Every time I go in to Freshies, I'm greeted warmly and I see them chopping the fresh fruits and veggies for whatever meal items they are planning. The atmosphere is very cute and full of healthy, beautiful plants. Well done!

My go-to neighborhood place for coffee and snacks. Love the staff and environment, not to mention the coffee :)

I love Freshies. I stop here all the time to get some work done before class at Zephyr. They are always very friendly, the cookies are fantastic, and the coffee is really good. I get a double espresso usually and it's drinkable without milk because it isn't bitter.

Okay. I am a regular customer to Freshies considering it is on my route to work, and I have spent well over a good amount of money on food that is overpriced. That aside, I kept coming back because I enjoy the aspect of a healthy quick-grab type service, but the overarching problem is they are consistently messing my order up. This was now the sixth time, which in my expense I should have stop coming after the second time. Every-time I try explaining or correcting them, they either get upset with me for holding up the line because they immediately walk away after getting your money and I have to sit there waiting for them to notice me again, or they tell me that I should be glad they are giving me my CORRECT order and not paying for it again. I think that some training on customer service needs to be done in order for the prices to be justified.
