Walked in this am, 2 customers sitting, 1 ordering, no cars and 4 "baristas" and I waited to order after the 1 customer got water and hitting on the current "barista" and all 4 looked at me and walked by, all made eye contact and still no service. Wife and I own a coffee shop and I guarantee this NEVER happens there. Customer service is worthless.

Finding the love against all odds. Lo! A latte was provided, yea a latte was in sight.
Let us go then, you and I.

Needed a break in our drive from Billings to Helena. It was later in the day so no line. Just the friendly service you expect at this Montana based fine coffee establishment. The 20 oz decaf white mochas were delicious!

Horrible Service! People standing outside the door and they couldn’t come to the door or put a sign on the door stating they were “understaffed” and not opening the inside and having it only drive through. Rude girl on the phone when we finally called to ask why the door wasn’t open. Very unprofessional! You open at 6 am yet you wait until 8:15 after I call about putting a sign up on the door.

Nice place, great customer service. There are views of the mountains out windows from 2 sides.

A great reliable place to grab a good cup of coffee. I enjoy that they have many sugar free flavors not just two or three like other coffee chains :)
The staff is very polite.

Lots of seating and places to plug in make this one of the better coffee shops to get work done because they are off the beaten path.
On Verizon I get much better cell service here than at Coldsmoke (off Oak st) which is essential for business trips.
Sadly their coffee could be better, but if you want a basic latte, you can still get your java fix and feel satisfied.
I don’t like how their corporate policies mandate the greetings that employees have to say when you leave—its very awkward and makes the customer not sure how to respond.
The selection of the Billings Newspaper, Bozeman Chronicle, abs Wall Street Journal make great reading offerings!
And even though the employees cannot currently receive credit card tips (bad policy), they still seem to be happy at their jobs, despite losing many tips.

Last time I buy coffee there. Again, I ordered a 12oz. DOUBLE Shot...only to receive a 12 Oz. Single shot latte. I don't know about y'all, but I really don't care for a milk with a hint of coffee for $6. Happens often there, so nope, no more

It was a nice relaxing place to visit. Plenty of seating and the staff was helpful, knowledgable and quick. The coffee and other drinks we purchased were all made to each specifications perfect. Thank you .

A great way to get away from sta#@$%k's burnt coffee taste yet still be impressed with the different combinations of drinks and still offer new ones. Its a great place to go chill for a little while and link up to the WiFi to get work done or just browse. Its location is perfect with it being near a nice shoping center, target and Costco plus the highway, if just need a quick pick me up on your way to somewhere. They offer food, drink, drive thru, WiFi, public bathroom, outdoor seating and its wheelchair accessible. Price is still high but drip coffee is very reasonable.
