I will never go back to Stbx! I got the Gouda breakfast sandwich and it was so much better than what you get at Stbx

Hands-down the BEST customer service. Thank you for empowering your staff to make people's day. I locked my keys, phone, and wallet in my car, and I knew from previous experience to stop in because your staff is so helpful. They helped direct me to the public transportation and even offered me food/beverage in my stressful situation. (I declined but the fact that you empower staff at any level to be able to offer that is what makes super fans.) And here's the clincher: I don't even care that you don't have my favorite-tasting coffee in town. The customer service MAKES it my favorite-tasting coffee! :). Thank you for being kind humans and proving that being a profitable business isn't exclusive of being a kind business. You guys rock. Keep it up.

Maryrose has to be the nicest human on the earth. This review is for her. But their coffee and treats are great too :) Love to support a yummy coffeeshop that isn't Starbucks!

My coffee place in Billings..great staff and coffee

These guys are rude. My husband and I ran out of gas with our dog in the car and I had asked him to go see if someone had a few dollars to spare to get us to a gas station. A worker came out and yelled at my husband to leave and said they didn't care about anything going on and that we were harassing people. He asked two people that's it. They could have just asked nicely and we would have left but really? Saying you don't care about someone who's out of gas and asking for a little help is ridiculous. I've bought coffee here before but I'll never spend a dime here after this. Never thought people could be so mean.

Coffee was great, and I got a free Sunday paper. They are always very friendly, but sometimes very flirty, could do without that. Prices are high, but it is top shelf coffee! Seems like all the baked goods are at least $2-3 more than they should be, good snacks but not worth the price they are asking. Still the coffee will keep ya comin back!

Wish I knew the barista's name cause he was awesome in the drive through! Very upbeat and let me know what he was doing with the gift card (didn't know before now that running it twice is for points and then charging). Just a super great experience over all!

Great place, good pastries and few other things. Fast & friendly. It can get very busy at times. I found it faster to walk in rather than drive up.

Enjoyable coffee shop. Definitely rivals Starbucks. I would rather spend my money with the locals. Their service was a little bit slow, but definitely worth it. They had some uncommon drinks that you wouldn't find anywhere else. It was nice having variety.
