I stopped in at the Annex Coffeehouse & Bakery while I was in Billings for work. The Annex is a short and easy walk from the DoubleTree Hotel. This place is incredible!! The staff was friendly, and service was fast—the patio made for the perfect spot to get some work done. The interior is warm and inviting. My americano was perfectly made, and my breakfast sandwich... AMAZINGLY GOOD!! I highly recommend The Annex!!

A downtown delight! So pleased to try this cute spot today. I had a latte flavored with rosemary lavender. The flavoring wasn’t overpowering, but subtle and soothing. I very much enjoyed my trip and will be coming back to try other drinks and goodies. Friendly, knowledgeable staff as well!

The Annex is my favorite coffee shop in Billings. I’m here all of the time to enjoy their excellent lattes, chef-created food (the cinnamon roll and menu items are so good), and to have a chill place for homework. The baristas are top-notch. This is where I take friends and family for coffee when they visit.

Excellent rich mocha and warm cream cheese-frosted cinnamon roll. Great open space and atmosphere.

Cute little coffee shop. Stopped here on our way to South Dakota. I got a matcha, it was a little watery but pretty good (I think it's mostly because they were out oat milk so I had to do almond milk). I'd come again.

Kind of the best kept secret. It’s just a little nook on the southside. Nicest baristas. The cinnamon roll is insane. Wish they were open later. But place rocks. If you need a good work space, this is it.

It's misleading to call this place a bakery. Only had three different baked goods to choose from and no bread. They did have breakfast sandwiches and burritos but they are overpriced and nothing special. A single scone was also $6 and not much better than one you'd find in a grocery store for $1.50. Nice location and friendly staff but overall disappointing due to the lack of bakery selections and high prices. The owner might want to consider removing "Bakery" from the name and lowering the price on items that are much cheaper everywhere else in town.

My wife said I needed to write that this place is too cute and Alicia was a sweetheart. The quiche was delicious and moist, the homemade donut was on point, and the coffer and Chai was superb. We really enjoyed the vibe of this place and would highly recommend anyone to step away from the ordinary and give this place a shot. You won't be disappointed and will likely find a new favorite spot!

Amazing spot for coffee and treats with friends! You can definitely take Instagram worthy photos here. They care so much about the quality of coffee, and everything is hand made and locally sourced. So great to be supporting local!

Loved my Montana Fog! Wish the bakery items were better. There wasn't much to choose from. The barista was very friendly and prices were reasonable. The space is cool, too.
