Rail Line Coffee

This was my first time stepping into Rail Line Coffee, and it was exceptional. First, and most importantly, the driving mission is inspiring and hope-filled. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered a cold brew, and it was delicious! The entire coffee shop was clean, well laid out, and has such a relaxed vibe. I highly encourage you to stop in!

Such a cozy, comfy, cheerful, and convenient spot. The drive-through is a little wonky since it's so small, but the service makes up for it. I wish they had a wider selection of breakfast items, but they do have a few consistent offerings. The servers really are very thoughtful.

This is my first stop at Rail Line; I ordered the Mocha as it is my favorite coffee/milk drink. I was caught off guard when they asked if I would like white or dark chocolate! First time being asked my chocolate preference. This drink is phenomenal! I am enjoying it as I write this in their lobby and I couldn't be happier! Rail Line is a relatively new coffeehouse with an amazing mission. They want to provide skills training for disadvantaged youth and adults as well as kick off the revitalization of the South Side. If you haven't been down here, make the trip. The staff is very friendly, wanting to chat and just hang out with us customers when they have down time and tasks are complete. They are using a LA Marzocco machine to pull shot of Revel Roasters coffee. It's not just a good spot for coffee, they are trying to accomplish something bigger than themselves; and that is worth celebrating.

I always have a wonderful experience there, the service is excellent, the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. The coffee is always just right. I definitely recommend it.

Coffee is pretty good. Would recommend you give it a go. Cool outdoor seating area.

Good coffee. Came here with a friend and enjoyed the talk early in the morning. Cute little shop too! Good staff.

The coffee was extremely pleasant and the snacks where very good.
The staff seemed a bit discombobulated but they where still very polite and worked through a big rush so I won’t knock them for that.

Friendly staff. Very helpful with suggestions. I sat down and they brought the food and drink to me and later i saw a sign that said "pick up here" so they are going beyond what is expected of them. Thank you! Clean facility. And the patio area looks great! Also, love the parking lot where most of the others have paid public parking.

What a beautiful facelift on this real estate! Nicely done. Beautiful storefront. Super clean. Friendly service. Reasonable prices. Not much more you could ask for! Oh, and the coffee is fantastic. 🤓
