While the staff is friendly and the food is worth the price, our most recent visit was disappointing. We were sat down almost immediately (great!), but then waited for 40 minutes for food after we placed our order. This included two kids meals and two meals for adults.
We were only updated about our food when we asked and five minutes later one kids meal was brought out - nothing else. We then waited another 10 minutes for another kid’s meal. Adult meals came out 5 minutes after that and staggered, too. We both ordered something that was described as “chorizo” and it seemed to be regular breakfast sausage. Not sure what’s going on, but it’s not what we’re used to here.

First time patrons. Worth the 30 minute wait. Recommend Kim as waitress! Higher quality and delicious breakfast!

Always good, good servers & food. Waitresses remember us from past. They do a good business there. Good selection of food.

The food isn't "amazing" but it is good, and a very good value for the relatively low prices charged. The kids like their pancakes, and I feel like I can make everyone happy here without having to spend too much. The staff here has been consistently friendly.

Our food and service was good with the exception of a forgotten side of mayo request. Then looking around seeing a server thoroughly pet a Patio customer's dog to then go retrieve food to serve other guests, makes me wonder about sanitation. Hearing another server auctioning food off (who had the pancakes), grabbing my attention to lack of organization. I wondered, we're we lucky or are general food service standards being lowered.

Hire a new line cook and entire new staff of servers! Never seen people standing around doing less than this entire wait staff, during prime time (10:30am on a Saturday)... Less than half the tables were seated (even though the tables were already spread apart for social distancing), no one was bussing empty tables, servers just standing around talking to each other, and the only reasoning provided was that the kitchen was too busy to keep up. How can you have more servers than tables seated and no one is doing anything?! Waited for a half hour while multiple tables full of people left, even more people came to pick up to go orders, over half of the tables were filled with dirty dishes, and apparently the kitchen was “still trying to catch up”. Find somewhere else for brunch and avoid this spot!

It was busy when we got there and we had our dogs. The staff and manager made accommodations for outside seating in order to keep us from waiting longer(it had already been 20 min, and we got passed on the waitlist). Service was quick, food was fast, hot, and delicious. Their Tex-Mex options are great and so was the Eggs Benedict.
