The food was great. The house dip was amazing. Soda tasted a little off. Quaint little place. Would definitly recommend.

The food was very good at a good price. The restaurant is very small with a few outside tables. Inside there was about 6 tables and room for 26 people. The building is from the late 1800s and is very rustic. The food is mostly sandwiches, soup and salads. They have 'small bite' desserts which was just right to eat after our sandwiches. We both had paninis and they were really good. My hubby had Peanut Butter Pie and I had Cocoanut Cake...at least 6-8 nice bites for $2.50 each.

I ordered the Monti Cristo Panini, which was good. My wife ordered the Roast Beef Panini, and remarked that it was very good. Coffee was good.
The service though. The service was fantastic. The waitress was efficient and unobtrusive. After getting lousy service at a lot of places, it was a nice change of pace to get great service.

We had a nice lunch! The Big D Italian sandwich was tasty, and the "Just a bite" peanut butter pie was delicious!
Our server was very nice, and the place is cute-- if a bit cramped.
We'll be coming back. 🙂

This is a great little restaurant in the historic section of Ste. Genevieve. The decor is fun and just a great place for a casual lunch. The paninis were great but the salad was fantastic. I wish they would sell the poppy seed dressing. Overall this place was a great find and we will be back.

My sister and I enjoyed a nice lunch here today. We had the tomato & red pepper soup with walnut, feta, and cranberry salad. It was so delicious!! The waitress was very friendly and the restaurant itself was very quaint. I highly recommend!!

I went at 11am on a Thursday. We were the first people in there, ordered half a sandwich and soup and went outside to sit. Watched about 20 take out orders come and go, and the inside filled up with customers too. After an hour of waiting and watching people leave with food I went inside and saw 4 other tables who came well after me eating their sandwiches and soup! I mean it's just a sandwich and soup!!! When my half Panini finally arrived an hour and 15 min later it was cold and soggy. It was the worst sandwich I've had in a very long time! At least the soup was good.
Maybe it's just me but I'd make sure the customers that are there are given priority over the take out orders. The soup is already made and it doesn't take long to slap meat and cheese on some bread so an hour and 15 min is just terrible service

This is a gem in St. Gen. We went here because our first choice was closed, and we are so glad! Excellent sandwiches and quick, friendly service. Cute little place, too. We can't wait to visit St. Gen again just so we can come back to Stella & Me!

We ate here on Our Great River Road last Fall. Great food, great staff, eclectic atmosphere.
