Cannot recommend highly enough! I stopped in before the March for Our Lives rally, with a knot in my stomach and sadness in my heart, and one of the employees was singing to "Love Shack." You just can't be upset when someone is singing "You're WHAT?! Tiiiiin roof--busted!" 😅

I thanked them for their levity and mentioned what I was doing. The other employee complimented my protest sign, and I had a cup of their incredible Calm Your Tummy tea (which largely worked). I mentioned, quite serious, that I might be back later having a panic attack because I was very emotional about this march. And they said, "There's a couch back there in the art gallery." đŸ„ș Just like that. They were that kind to everyone through the door.

And I did go back after the rally, though I'd staved off the panic attack and just cried a LOT, and got a cup of iced tea that soothed my soul. I will always try to stop by when I'm downtown in the future. I didn't ask their names, but I could tell the employees there are wonderful people, and they really made my day.

Had the seasonal “chocolate covered cherries” coffee and it was phenomenal!! The barista was super friendly and had some awesome stories to share. All the sales support Art Saint Louis, so happy I stumbled across it

This quaint coffee and tea shop is paired with a beautiful art gallery. Located across from an open park space, it’s a nice spot to grab a coffee. The two gentlemen working were kind and quick with service.

Friendly service with coffee roasted by two local roasters. Some places to sit in quiet art gallery atmosphere. Worth a visit!

This a great coffee spot in downtown St.Louis. I had a delicious latte with oat milk and an awesome cranberry pop tart. The coffee shop is located in an art gallery which is an added bonus. Friendly people and great service. Definitely make sure to seek out this gem!

Happen to visit St. Louis, and of course, did my research on the best coffee shops.. This spot didn't disappoint! The space is very artist and you're literally in an art gallery where they sell the coolest art and the coffee section is designated to support artists as a non-profit which is really cool.. very spacious and clean...

Believe I dealt with Todd. He was the coolest guy ever! Explained my drink and to my surprise, he made it perfectly! He even poured my steamed almond milk in front of me to ensure the exact pour. The Cortado was so rich yet not bitter...

20 yrs of drinking coffee and I honestly must say.. BEST COFFEE EVER compelling me to write a quick review...
If you're in town for a ball game or any type of business, this is the perfect spot! A couple blocks away from everything in St. Louis! Thanks Todd!

Went here four times while I was visiting for work. Baristas made delicious cortados. I tried a few other places and this was by far my favorite. It’s cool that this is a public gallery to check out work from local artists.

Catalyst is a gem! They have excellent pour overs and lattes, and some great snacks if you need to munch. It’s cozy atmosphere and the art gallery makes for a visually engaging place to sit or work while you have some wake-up juice. Their location is very walkable and I would recommend stopping by if you’re headed to the city museum or to the library.

So cute inside. I got a carmel and coconut latte and it tasted EXACTLY like a samoa. I think it is seasonal but I bet you could ask someone to make it if youre really nice because the barista was so sweet there.

Coffee for a purpose. Catalyst located in downtown STL is serving up a delicious cup of coffee in a nonprofit art gallery. This coffee shop has a menu with a good variety of coffee and tea. Everything is made in house including there simple syrups. This is a great place to grab something caffeinated or maybe a pastry...or both, and check out some very cool artwork. There is a good amount of seating as well, so if you are looking for a laid back atmosphere to study or get some work done Catalyst is definitely a unique place to do so.
