The food is really good, gluten free and vegetarian options are available. It's open late but can be busy. You might end up having to tell 2-3 different workers your order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE APP IF YOU NEED TO MODIFY YOUR FOOD
This is the second time I have had issues with my order after placing an order thru the app.
My order was suppose to have (1) plain sandwich and it was loaded, (1) sandwich that had some stuff taken off and added, it came standard. I also added and paid for chicken to be added to my salad. No chicken was added but I was still charged.
I also modified another sandwich taking off an ingredient I’m allergic to and it was standard made with the ingredient still on there.
What is the point of having an app to place orders with and allow modifications if you’re not going to follow them? If the modifications aren’t transferring from the app to the store then you need to fix it or take that option away.
It’s ridiculous to spend $40 on one order and $10+ on another to not be able to eat our food or get it fixed.
Can’t get ahold of anyone when you call the store to get it resolved.
$40 in food thrown away and more money spent to replace it

First time ordering from this amazing place. First off 5 stars for being open at 12:26 am second of all ordered the #13 BLTC best sub I've had and I don't like toasted subs. The garden salad was fresh and green just the way I like it. Keep up the great work will recommend.

The salad was amazing! Fresh ingredients, we ordered on phone. Got there late, salad still very fresh. Don't get the whole, stuffed after that. Great corner place downtown. Good for people 👀 watching. I'll be back.

One of the nicest places that serves food after 10pm. Baja Chicken Soup is what I most enjoy. Slightly spicy, not greasy, not salty, doesn't test like gravy. And everything about the Pickleman's Italian sandwich is good. Staff is polite and you don't need to tip, prices are good! There are a lot of places in Springfield that serve a similar level of food but at higher prices and tipping required.
