Brick & Mortar Coffee

Came here looking for a relaxing cup of coffee; instead, I paid $4 for a shot glass sized cup of cold brew with raspberry sauce mixed in. One of my friends paid $4 for what was basically a sip of cold brew and a ton of whipped cream. I would choose my own French press over this any day.

My first visit was pleasant. They were really helpful in hooking me with some beans for my home espresso.

Small quite place, want to hangout for a little there but felt unwelcome by locals, so I just left with my coffee!! Just passing by.

Good espresso and cool atmosphere. Not so great service and very limited menu. If you're in the area you should just drive a couple more minutes to the coffee ethic.

I love the taste of their coffee. So many other boutique roasters try to do a light roast and leave you enjoying a pinto-bean-tasting drink. Their roast brings out the subtle tones without being so weird it sends the novice coffee drinkers running. Truly head and shoulders above any other company in the flavor profile.

The tasting room is just that. Not a place to hang out and "coffee shop" off the wifi (I don't think customer wifi is available). A great place to sit and chat with friends (provided the music isn't too loud) or with the baristas (great staff).

What a wonderful experience. I did a cupping session with Jonathan and the crew, we were more than impressed! I would highly recommend this place to all coffee enthusiast and to those who just plainly love coffee!

Best cup of coffee you can get in Springfield hands down. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always friendly. A very laid back atmosphere for enjoying coffee and community.

There isn't a better roaster in town. And no better café for conversation. Also, fantastic people. The Ampersand cold brew is the best coffee in Springfield,and maybe in all of America. No joke.

Great coffee for those who aren't expecting something super sweet like you'd get at other more mainstream coffee shops. Great cappuccino! Fun atmosphere.
