Big Momma's is one of our family's favorite coffee shops in town. It's a great place to meet friends for coffee and a big slice of carrot cake.

The regular coffee is amazing. I haven't had any of their speciality coffees bit they sound good. The food is really great. I love checking out the local art work they have on display and it's just a great place to hang out.

Disrespectful people. I came to this place for 4 years and get told I can't be inside. I had asked one of the employees about me and my best friend coming in inside and he didn't have much of an issue with us two being here. But ther employee with half black and blonde hair with tattoos decided to be snotty and rude and with me being pregnant I should be treated like that at all.

The coffee is some of the best in town. The older guy that's usually there in the morning acts put out that I'm there every time. Maybe it's just me that he doesn't like because i see him be courteous to others. He's not on the surface flat out rude, but it isn't exactly subtle either. Big Momma's needs warmer personalities for early mornings.

I will always love this place. Monday's free to listen to live music from locals. Love love love the foccacia(sp?) Bread. My favorite sandwiches is the Jefferson or the Jacqueline. Love the hot tea selection. Try every coffee they have. AND! Either snag a BIG cookie or a piece of pie/cake...must go and chill here.

Love this place. Great location right on commercial street so you can get a nice hot coffee on a brisk day and walk down the street and enjoy the sights and tons of other shops. The staff is top notch and will take care of whatever you need. Be sure to tip your barista.

I was on a postmates order and the person at the front was simply rude. Terrible customer service. He accused me of being an hour late for the pickup when I had gotten the notification not even 10 min prior. Not to mention he was publicly calling me out for using my jacket over my face when the woman in front of me was taking hers off to talk to him at the counter. I won’t be going back

Came here for a group meet up. The back room was not kept up very well and appeared unclean.
I stood at the front waiting for over 5 minutes for a person to come take my order. I finally kinda yelled in a friendly voice, "hey anyone back there?" A guy yelled back rudely that he would be up in a minute. He wasn't friendly when he took my order either. Even the coffee I ordered was lukewarm.
The only reason I give this place an extra star is because the food was really good.
With all the other coffee shop options out there (where I don't have to park 5 blocks away on a weeknight) I doubt I will return here.

Coffee was great. I also got a scone and it was delicious as well. The décor was nice and homey. But they didn't offer soups on Sunday which was kind of a bummer. And the barista was not that friendly. She kept referring to my and my friends drink choices as "Starbucks drinks" which seemed very condescending. My coffee selection is what I like. If I wanted to go to Starbucks I would have but I came here because I wanted to go to a coffee shop that seemed spiffy and fun. I brought my business HERE and making fun of my drink choice does not make me a returning customer.

Great coffee shop in a cool part of town. Lots of other boutiques and cool shops.
We were passing through town and needed a "better than Starbucks" option. It's not the easiest to get to off I-44 but it's worth it.
We had a great latte there.
