Ordered large sundaes and waited 20 minutes. Was served mini. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get what they called a large. Not the same large we were given a few weeks ago. Sadly, we will go somewhere else next time.

Was not impressed at all the sandwiches are like sloppy Joe's but not sloppy and no seasoning very little sauses the food was just bland and the way it was prepared I'm surprised I didn't get sick after eating it

Not a good experience. Nothing like memories of other sites in the past. Cheese fries: luke warm fries, slice of processed cheese not even warmed up enough to melt, came off in single piece. Onion rings: solid block in the little tray, warmed up in microwave maybe? Very much over priced, poor value. Shakes were good. Sandwiches were mediocre, but not worth price. NOTHING like the Maid Rites in the past.

Maid Rite? It should be "Maid Wrong". I ordered the Chili-Cheese Maid-Rite and the chili-cheese fries. First off, I don't know what was on my sandwich, but that definitely was not chili. Rather, it was some sort of red sauce poured over the open-face sandwich. The chili-cheese fries consisted of a piece sliced cheese placed over the fries and something resembling chili.
Not being from the area, I visited the restaurant while passing through based on the Maid Rite website. The website is a professionally created website and shows several locations that left me an impression of a well-established, clean, modern restaurant. I was wrong.
The counter was cluttered, and the dining room was filthy - apparently from a previous rush. But, no one made any attempt to clean it 2 hours before closing. The kitchen looked like a time-warp to the 70's.
The service was reasonably good, but the food (which looks NOTHING like the website) and restaurant was definitely not what I expected. I will not eat there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

The only reason this place is getting 1 star is because I'm pretty sure the lady working paid for an elderly gentleman's meal and that's nice. I opted for a grilled chicken sandwich because that sounded good. She asked what I wanted on it and I asked for lettuce and tomato. She informed me they don't have that. How can you sell sandwiches and not have garden for them? So I picked from their limited items of toppings. I got my food and went to my car. The bun was cold and the tiny slivers of onion were a joke. I took a bite to find out the chicken was slimy and gross. I took one more bite because I won't judge something from one taste. I placed my sandwich back in the bag along with the fries that were not salted and promptly drove to Wendy's. I will never be back or recommend this place.

Food is great prices are a little high for what little food you get. But they have been around years. I like the value meal they have for 6 dollars use to be 5 but its a good deal.

I had chicken strips and a soft serve ice cream. Generous portion. Delicious flavor. The sandwiches my fellow dinners orders were unbelievably small. Very disappointing

They have the best prices on ice cream in town. Also they have butterscotch syrup my favorite! The tenderloin sandwich was good and large enough for just that to be my meal.
