My husband is allergic to cow’s milk. He ordered an almond milk drink, they told us it was almond milk, and wrote “alm” on the lid. It was actually cow’s milk, which had terrible consequences. We won’t be trusting this store again.

Just moved to the area a couple months ago But I love scooters . Still adjusting to the baristas here and they’ve messed up on scanning my app but have made up for it with a free drink . There are some very friendly baristas but one who is totally not cut out for the early morning shift. But at least my drinks as good as my old baristas from the independence and blue springs location made them

This location opened up soon after another, locally owned, drive thru coffee shop opened right behind it. I'm very disappointed in scooters, as it seems to be an attempt to undermine a smaller business. I will be visiting the other coffee shop (which is wonderful) for my early morning caffeine needs.

I’ve been to a couple scooters locations and find the coffee average at best. I found other places to go or would brew my own. The employees don’t really seem like baristas and the coffee isnt nearly as flavorful as Most real coffee houses. As for the Lee’s Summit location, from a business standpoint, I find it completely shoddy that they have literally built their location in front of the only other local coffee house around the south side of Lee’s Summit along the 150 corridor. I mean- there had to have been other Lee’s Summit south side locations since we have a general lack of coffee out this way. I find this completely unethical.

To even HOPE for 5 stars at a "drive-thru only" establishment is preposterous. Your incomplete, face it! 4 stars is not too shabby Scooter's don't be discouraged. Your in a competitive market; I see kiosk style beverage shops everywhere and upon reflection YOURS is the only one I can remember by name. I had a Flat white and it was delectable! Quite tasty indeed. Thanks
