ZINC Coffee

Very nice atmosphere. Didn't care for the smoothies.

Zinc is one of the top two coffee shops in Joplin. They have some of nicest baristas, with the quickest service. They have an amazing atmosphere, with a lot of natural lighting and plants everywhere. The coffee is simply amazing and they just recently started roasting their own beans. Great shop for vibes and quality of taste.

So so! Lots of people, but I was not very impressed. Buy a cup of regular coffee for $2.50 at the counter and the credit card machine wants to shame you into adding a tip to finalize the transaction. Minimum choice for tip is $1. So the coffee is $3.50 but the extra dollar is to not walk away with your coffee feeling guilty or stingy. Why not just put a tip jar by the register?

This is probably the best cup of coffee you can get anywhere between Dallas and St. Louis. Absolutely delicious. It was the perfect pit stop right in the middle of a cross-country road trip.

I thought this place was really cool. The name is really clever and has a great vibe. Love the unique building, the plants everywhere, and their selection of fun seating.

I'm a big fan of Onyx coffee (which they serve here) and the syrups, etc... That I would normally find in Southwest Arkansas. They had an intriguing menu and I kinda wish I lived closer so I could go try more of their offerings.

Definitely recommend a visit.

My van died in the drive thru and they were very nice about it. A guy came and helped push it. Much appreciated.

Stopped in as we were traveling through Joplin. Excellent coffee - rich, no bitterness. I think I had the best muffin I have ever eaten. Cinnamon with cream cheese feeling. Ooooohhhhhh...so good. Bought some simple syrup and tasted another. Wonderful people there. Very interest, knowledgable, and friendly!

Really great espresso. The cold brew was smooth and not bitter at all. I had their pumpkin spice latte and it was one of the best I have had. It was not too sweet but had great flavor. We also got a matcha-mojito, it was so refreshing. Overall this was a great place to stop not far off from the highway.

My sparkling pumpkin chai was awesome and our barista John was so kind. I’ll be coming back next time I’m in Joplin!
