Stomp'n Grounds Espresso Bar

My husband and I came here for breakfast. It is such a cute coffee shop! The staff is so kind, showed us the menu and checked in on us often. The coffee is wonderful and the breakfast is delicious. We both had breakfast sandwiches and were very pleased!

Really awesome little coffee shop! Decor and vibe is great, and food/coffee is even better. Sandwich came out hot and quick, and coffee came out delicious. Employees were friendly and attentive. Recommend stopping in for brunch!!

The reviews on here must be from the owners because this place is horrendous. Its too bad because the building and space is really nice. You want to love it when you walk in. The problem is the food is brutal and the coffee os weak. One size only , which I think was 12oz and your paying for what you would get 20oz for at Starbucks. I a had an americano which litterally tasted like hot water. The burrito was inedible. I'm pretty sure they don't have a kitchen if everything seemed the microwave. The potatoes and the egg we're pretty much pre-packaged. Greedo rapper basically stuck to the paper car and they gave you and I couldn't even eat more than a couple bites. Not to mention the potatoes with cold so they are obviously Frozen before. Who is just horrible. If you're going to have a nice little coffee shop like that either make food or to serve pastries. It's a shame because it's a really nice place but she probably sell it to someone who would do a better job.

I type as good as you cook. If you make your food fresh then you need to buy better ingredients because it was horrible. If you finish it off on a panini grill then it wouldn't stick to the cardboard food tray you serve it in with the cheap plastic fork that can't even penetrate it. The coffee you serve is tasteless. The 20oz I get from just about any other coffee bar has 4 shots . Yours has 2 in a 12 oz cup for the same price. No big deal if it tasted like decent espresso and not folgers. Ive read some of your replies and you should stick to boiling the burritos because answering criticism isn't you strong suite. Basically saying your food sucks because we are a coffee shop isn't a great excuse. If you cant cook, don't.

We came to Stomp'n Grounds for breakfast this morning and are so glad we did! The food was delicious -- I had an egg bake, my husband had a smoked salmon bagel, and we split a cinnamon roll. I tried the chocolate milk latte, and I would definitely recommend it! Nathan, the barista, was helpful and kind; he was attentive and made great recommendations of things to try. We'll be back!

If you’re looking for a place where to relax and read some novels or hangout this coffee shop is perfect for it. They have delicious coffee and and staff are very friendly. I could not ask for more because everything that I needed was provided. Thank you for the delicious coffee and relaxing atmosphere! 😁

This place is awesome. If I lived in Hermann I would come here daily!! The coffee is awesome and everyone is so friendly, plus the food is amazing. A great place to chill and plan your day, definitely a stop to make during your visit for Oktoberfest or any visit to this idyllic town!! Love it!

This coffee shop is great. Their staff is really friendly and helpful. The guy who took our order made it very easy, and was able to describe their options, due to his familiarity with their products, as well as those of some of their "competitors". Highly recommended. We will definitely be going here again.

Right when you walk into the shop you see the billboard that lists all of the businesses in Missouri where they get their supplies. In the 20 minutes we were there the staff learned our names, checked on us, and gave recommendations that turned out great! A perfect coffee shop experience.

I had the pleasure of spending a sunny afternoon and rainy morning in Hermann recently. The town is so cute and this cafe fits perfectly. I highly recommend the egg bake with ham and the caramel machiato! Everything I tasted was fantastic and th menu carries many healthy options— but the service is like going home to family. The cafe has a little nook for reading that was simply perfect for sipping coffee and reading/visiting on the raining morning I was there. The gift shop is adorable too! I bought the cutest German wool hat and have worn it multiple times. The owners, Beth and Jamie, are the most welcoming, friendly people you could meet... you can tell they spend a lot of time with their staff- as they are just as friendly and welcoming! If you have the pleasure of visiting Hermann, be sure to check out Stompin’ Grounds... and if you need a place to stay, look into “The Half Corked Inn” just above the cafe! Looking forward to my next visit!

I love their breakfast and coffee drinks! Be sure to try the hot baked egg bakes and their raspberry mocha latte and have the best breakfast in town. There's something for everyone and don't forget they even have coffee cocktails.
