Forsyth has a hidden gem in Thrive Coffee and Cafe! The staff and owners are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious! The coffee and espresso drinks are lovely in this cold weather! Go in and grab a cup to warm your hands, food to warm your belly and enjoy a positive atmosphere to warm your soul!

Excellent experience, great service! They will also be staying open late real soon with an outdoor patio that's just gorgeous.

New owners, longer hours, and phenomenal food menu. Italian food is a great part with the coffee shop atmosphere. The coffee is provided by a local roaster and the staff is well trained to make great espresso drinks. My wife and I got the spaghetti and the Italian beef sandwich. Food was perfect. Owners were there, very welcoming and conversational.

We had lasagna for lunch....it was awesome. Lady at next table exclaimed over and over the chicken salad sandwich was the VERY best she ever eaten. The owners are the cooks and wait tables and are very knowledgeable of the area .Recommended Branson eating establishment and wineries to visit.

The Blue Grotto espresso is so good. The place changed ownership and is now known as Main Street Cafe. Ambiance is relaxed and comfortable while menu food items are delicious!

Even early morning, they start me off with a good mood. ☺ My current favorite is the Turtle Ice Coffee.... (I think that's the name). I hope they keep it around. The treats, and food is always good. John likes their morning biscuits and sausage gravy.

This is a great place for good coffee and a yummy meal on Main Street in Forsyth. I had the chicken salad for lunch and a latte... both were spot on! I was able to work on my computer while using free WiFi and plug into an easy accessible outlet. The owners are very friendly and you can tell they work hard at making this a great place. They even let me sample the homemade pasta sauce... which was sooo good! I highly recommend this quaint Italian bistro for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
