I love these restaurants. My problem is that there isnt staff.
We went this morning for fathers day breakfast and my husband and I got there early waited in line like you are supposed to. We waited for 45 mins to be seated for 9 adults and one child. We were told after 15 mins that its be around 20 minutes. We were ok with that. Most of our party follow the hostess to the front patio area while she cleaned the tables.
While that was going on there was another 20 people or so waiting at the back of the building waiting to be seated and in came an older group of people. They didn't wait in line the walk straight to the patio area and started to sit where we were told we were sitting. This group didnt wait for staff to seat them. They were very rude and obviously much to good to wait like all the rest of the customers.
So they sat in a area that now taxed our waitress with two giant tables.
They order prior and were finished prior to all the other customers that waited their turn.
Are waitress did a good job with the situation she was placed in by no fault of her own.
The kitchen messed up several of our orders but our waitress made it better.
Suggestions have a hostess the can control the customers and that is only a hostess and sits people based on first come first serve.

This is where you blend a restaurant and a museum into one building! Nice idea for school students studying history and if the school class is going there for history, nice idea to have both the museum and restaurant under one roof. Because that is money back into the school districts' pocket since they wouldn't have to fire up the engine on the school bus just to go from the museum to the restaurant.

There's one downside and that is the building is not in the cleanest shape. It is a pretty historic part of town though so take it that for what it is. But an amazing restaurant & great service

It would be hard to find a better value and a better breakfast. If it's your first time, try the skillets you won't be disappointed or leave hungry. Big thumbs up.

There are two locations in town. We have eaten several times at both. We prefer the location downtown Farmington in the Old Factory. The free standing location tends to overcook eggs, does not follow instruction or honor requests, and is most always dirty from top to bottom. The last visit to it had waitresses yelling at one another and with customers. Never again. We returned to the downtown location, the original, and have never been disappointed. Its a five star location. PJC

We sat down and nobody came to serve us. We waited around until we just decided to leave. Then when we left after not receiving any service and an employee ran out and started screaming at us. They accused us of stealing syrup, we didn’t have any bags or purses to “steal anything.” We exclaimed to them that we didn’t take any syrup, and that we didn’t even have the baggage to carry any items. It was a very disrespectful thing to do. Will not go back anytime soon.

Excellent, the food was fantastic. I went in as a pedestrian and had a meal fit for a king. Good atmosphere. Thx.

Love this place and Kristen is the best. We go here every weekend and are treated like family. Food is great and you get huge portions for the cheap price.

I love local restaurants and this was a good idea. They serve breakfast ALL DAY! What's not to love??? Service was very friendly; quick with refills and smiles. I'll definitely be back. :)
