The Factory Diner

We have tried this place 3 times, trying to figure out what the fuss is about. We were disappointed each time. The one good thing that I ate was a waffle and it was very, very good. Hashbrowns were instant, eggs were not cooked to order, and service was poor when we went.

I will never go back. Service was good and fast and food very reasonable. The water is the worse water I have ever tasted in my life, if you don't believe me try it. French frys had a very strange taste, can't get those horrible tastes out of my mouth. Not sure what they do to their food and water but it gives me the jeebies.

My eggs were obviously raw, with the non-solidified white running onto my plate. I made the server aware of this and she simply took the entire plate away. I was ok with nothing being done, just wanted to pay and leave but she came back and started to argue about how over easy means raw in the middle. In the entire history of cooking eggs, over easy means cooked well but with a runny yolk and that sunny side up can sometimes have a less done white. She argued more and I asked for a manager and she promptly said she was the manager. I mentioned you shouldn't argue with customers and I asked for a number to call and she refused to give me one. I paid and left, I have been eating at the Factory since they opened as an indoor flea market, well before the salted duck and whatnot, I frequented the one that replaced at&t often and went to the one in park hills with co-workers several times. Whomever owns the Factory Diner should be aware that your waitress/manager is costing you customers. This customer and his wife and friends and family and coworkers all for a couple of dollars worth of raw egg.

First time there liked how different it is and we were served fast. We missed the lunch crowd. So they weren't busy
The food was not to are liking, but always give a new place more than one try. We ordered breakfast next time we will get there and have lunch.

Way too expensive for underdone and cold hashbrowns and gravy. Terrible service, I had to get my own coffee and silverware. Sad, this place used to be delicious.

Hi i went here today and I'm 12 i went withy sister and they paid for our food and we didn't pay i gave tip 7$ and i go there often is nice

Damn good burger (cheddar jalapeño, do yourself a favor and get it) with damn good service from Kristen. Will definitely come back.

Just left the PH location. Second time this has happened. Waited 15/20 not even greeted and it was not busy, there were two waitresses and both saw us, yet waited on the other one or two tables constantly. We are not rude or anything, no idea why this happened a second time, and last.

After many years of visiting the area, I am sad to say this is the first time we went here. It was the BEST. Food is very good with good sized prtions and will not break your wallet. VERY reasonably priced. My son wanted the double stack of pancakes but was warned by the waitress that the pancakes are plate sized, so thanks to her cause he's just a little varmit. It was so good for breakfast we went back the next day for lunch. Too bad they don't do dinner. This place is now on our must do list when we are in the area. Very worth driving to.
