They have my favorite breakfast skillets, always good and the atmosphere is really neat lots of little shops to check out while your there.😁

Kristen, is alway very welcoming and does a fantastic job along with the other staff and make the place feel like your local down home dinner!

Came in sat down and waited for over 25 minutes... several waitresses came by and said they were figuring out who would be our server. Never even got a chance to order coffee. Got up and left. Used to love this place.

We have our monthly meeting for work here for breakfast. Always delicious and filling for a great price. No complaints.

Nice little place to eat a good breakfast.

Service was a little slow and food came out at different times, though the portions were good and it was very tasty. I was a little bothered by the noise, the open layout made sound echo and the staff was very chatty, it was difficult to hold a conversation at our table. The bathrooms were located a distance from the restaurant (on the factory floor) and could use some updating. Overall, it was a good experience and a very different atmosphere. There are shops in the factory too, but none were open when we visited at 1pm on a Saturday.

Visiting from Kansas City, wanted some biscuits and gravy for breakfast, Google searched biscuits and gravy near me and this Factory Diner popped up. I was givin the option to place an order online, I wanted my breakfast to go so I placed the order of b&g online, stated they got my order so I headed over, once I got there I was told they only take online orders at 9am or 2pm😳 if I wanted biscuits and gravy I needed to wait in line and sit at a table. Never have i heard of taking online orders at 2 specific times, I went elsewhere where they took my order online with no problems

I eat here every time I'm in Farmington. It's great. I've had breakfast, (served all day) burgers and it's all good! Great service to go along with it. Not a trendy place, FD is more down home dinner.

Went this past weekend. The service was very good as we had a great waitress, but the food was just OK. I had a skillet which was good, but my side of pancakes seemed like they were little hockey pucks. Toast did not come buttered or that warm (so the hard butter did not have a chance to melt into it, similar with the pancakes). Bottom line, if you are in the area and hungry for a skillet for breakfast, it's an option, but they need to pick-up their game a little to make it worth while for a destination ride like I do.

They are short staffed, but we didn't have to wait long for our food.
